Code No. 9.147A.5 Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement /casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVCmulti-chambered frame , sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 + or - 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension , EPDM gasket , stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges , zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall , plastic packers , plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality , all complete as per approved drawing.(Single / double glass panes and silicon sealent shall be paid separately) - Casement window double panels with S.S. friction hinges (350x19x1.9mm) made of (big series) frame 67 x 60 mm & sash / mullion 67 x 80mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 + or - 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension .(Area of window above 1.50 sqm).

Code No. 21.3.1 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window , ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings ( cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) - with float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness.

Code No. 9.48.2 Providing and fixing M.S.grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc with M.S. flats , square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete - Fixed to openings / wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.

Code No. 13.48.3 Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr / 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr / 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Code No. 13.46.1 Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade - New work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm.

Code No. 12.50 Providing & fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape, and pitch of corrugation as 0.50mm (+0.05%), total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins , rafters and trusses and including cutting to size andshape wherever required.
