Code No. 16.65 Providing and fixing glazed black board of required size using 5mm thick plain glass sheet front face finely ground and fixed in teak wood (Burma) frames of cross section 100 x40 mm size made to the specified shape alround fixed with 3 mm wooden fillets and stiffened at the rear side with teak wood repers of size 45 x 18 mm along the height of board at the specified spacing at 45 cm c/c approximately and fixing in portion in the wall face with teak wood plugs and screws at an intervel of 90 cm approximately alround the frame including the cost of plugs screws etc. The rate shall also include painting the smooth face of glass (Rear face of the glass board) and rear face of frame polishing the frame (front face ) roughing the front face of glass black board etc.complete .(Block board shall be measured internally for purpose of Payment)

Non-PSR item : Porividing and fixing 8mm thick pre-laminated bison board flat pressed 3 layers or graded wood particle board confirming to IS:12823 grade Type -II in paneling fixed in aluminium doors, window shutters and partitions frames with CP brass / stainless steel screws etc., complete as per architectural drawings pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side three layers.

Non-PSR item : Providing , cutting and fixing to the required shape and design 19mm thick plywood (BWR) for cupboard shutters / table top / bottom / sides / partitions and the like. The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, wastages, screws, nails, fevicol SH, special labour charges for making cupboard shuttters / furniture and finishing the surface neat after fixing in required position as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Variation in profile dimension on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payments on this account shall be made. - Frame size 65 x 150 mm

Code No. 27.87.1 Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawl strength of 1800 N (Face) and 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/sq.mm , modulus of elasticity 850 N/sq.mm and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being temite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S.screws, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
