Providing and laying of prime coat using bitumen emulsion (SSI RC Drum) at the rate of 7 kg per 10sqm over the WMM surface preparatory to another construction over it. as per as per standar specification MORTH V

Providing and laying of tack coat using Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) at the rate of 2.5 kg per 10sqm over the WMM primed surface preparatory to another construction over it.as per as per standar specification MORTH V

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50-13.20mm,0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20Kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory/Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher/9m paver finisher, Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50 mm, 0.13cum of 9.50-2.36 mm and 0.26cum of 2.36mm and blow with 50.30kgs of VG 30 /VG 40 bitumen for premixing for 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20–30 tonnes capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40 mm with mechanical Paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 80 - 10 tonne vibratory/ pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labor for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher,/ 9m paver finisher, vibratory/ pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required including fule and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as for clause 507of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including refllectorising glass beads 250grms per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 the Finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes etc., complete as per MORTH Specification NO.803 (ROAD EDGE PACKING)

Earthwork excavation in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting and depositing the bank as per SS20B with all leads and lifts and all other incidental charges such as bailing out of water shoring shutting walling and forming protective bunds wherever necessary etc.

Supplying and filling with approved quality of M-sand to filling in foundation and basement and filling the site in layers of not more than 15cm thick etc., complete. Complying with standard specifications and drawings and has directed by departmental Engineers

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including watering necessary and laid layers not more than 15cm thick compacting etc complete complying with standard specification and as desired (SS No 28).

Supply of materials for Centering charges for PCC work without strutting including cost and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification in TNDSS NO:97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6), VII-3.

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using ISS 20mm HBG metal including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for mixing laying consolidation and curing etc complete as per standard specification.
