Design, Supply, Fabrication, Erection / Installation of MS Steel Structure tower inside the lighthouse with 150X150X6MM and 100X100X6MM square tubes of vertical and horizontals members of approved brand and manufactures including hot dipped Galvanizing 80 microns and anchoring the bearing plate of hexagonal shape, 20mm thickness with 16mm bolts and nuts 150mm long 12 nos at bottom floor of lift pit as per drawing and site conditions.The work shall be carried out /fabricated through the registered professional fabrication company.The testing and submission of test report of structural connections like welding thickness and bolts & nuts joints etc., complete from authorised testing agency. Supply of all materials, machineries, labours, tools & plants, scaffolding, transportation including applying two coats of zinc chromate primer painting etc., complete.

Design supply & installation of Lift well/ suspended glass clading system designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-lIl). The Suspended System held with Fittings of SS-316 Grade Steel of approved manufacturer (Saint-Gobain/ Modi or equivalent) with 12 mm thick - Toughened glass (UV cut down 90%) of approved make held together with SS- 316 Grade Stainless steel nut & bolt assembly with laminated glass fins. The Glass panel assembly shall be connected to Slab/ beams/Structural members by means of SS- 316 Grade stainless steel brackets & Anchor bolts and at the bottom using SS channel of appropriate size using fastener & anchor bolts, non staining weather sealants of approved make, Teflon/ nylon bushes and separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts, all complete to perform as per specification and approved drawings. The complete system to be designed to accommodate thermal expansion & seismic movements etc. The joints between glass panels and gaps at the perimeter & in U channel of the assembly to be filled with non staining weather sealant, so as to make the entire system fully water proof & dust proof. The rate shall include all design, Engineering and shop drawing, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding, other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary services all fittings, fixers, Nut & bolts, washer, Buffer plates, fastener, anchors, SS channel laminated glass etc. all complete. For the purpose of payment actual elevation area of Glass cladding including thickness of joints and the portion of Glass panel inside the SS channel shall be measured.
