NS60 Providing and laying unscreened gravel boulders to a consolidated thickness of 15 cm for sub base course including conveyance to site, loading, unloading and staking to department gauge on road side for premeasurement and speading watering, power rolling etc., complete. The volume of stacks calculated as per actual measurement shall be reduced by 15% for looseness in stacking to arrive at the net quality. The rate includes labour charges for spreading and hand packing to required camber and gradiant, power roller rolling hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed, diversion of traffic etc., complete as directed by the engineer in - charge

4.91.1B Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite Crushable type such as moorum/gravel for screening and gravel for binding to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density - by mechanical means - Water bound macadam Gr-I with Gravel screening. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

4.92.1C Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite Crushable type such as moorum or gravel for screening and gravel for binding to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density - by mechanicall means - Water bound macadam Gr-II with moorum or gravel screening. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

5.1 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

5.3B Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant of capacity not less than 40 -60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 507.7 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, to achieve the desired compaction. - using grade II metal and bitumen 60/70 grade.

5.2 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

5.7B Providing and laying semi-dense bituminous concrete with HMP of capacity not less than 40 - 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, complete in all respects - Using grade-II material and using birumen 60/70 grade.

10.25.2 Steel work welded in built up sections framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural ateel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

9.165.1B Providing and fixing of 65 mm Godrej Navatal lock of 7 levers with 3 keys etc complete

NPSR Providing and erecting precast RCC compound wall of 5cm thick cast in with RCC 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand :4 Graded stone aggregate of 10mm and down size) with required reinforcement with TMT bars. The Vertical precast RCC 1:2:4 post of size 0.12 x 0.12 x 2.1m reinforced with 4 Nos. of 8mm dia TMT bars longitudinal and ties with 6mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c at the intervel of 1.85m with a foundation concrete of 1:3:6 mix of size 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.3m over a leveling coarse concrete of PCC 1:5:10, 10cm thick. the Precast panel wall of size 1.90 x 0.3 x 0.05m made up of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 12.5cm c/c for main rods and 6mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c for distributors is to be provided for a required height. The joints between RCC post and panel wall is to be pointed with cement mortar 1:3 . the rate to inclide all the material and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
