Structure - Pre- Galvanized Channel cum Tubular Structure, State of the art Pre- Galvanized Lipped Channel structure, with prefabrication to be installed at the site with all structures assembled with nut- bolts in such a way that the entire structure could be shifted anywhere in future with minimal wastage like civil works, 2. Grid Size - 8 m x 4 m Balcony/Canopy along all 4 sides, 2 m, 3. Area - 192 Sq.m., 4. Gutter Height - 4 m, 5. Ridge Height - 5.5- 5.75 m, 6. Gutter Slope - 1-2 % to be provided in civil structural work, 7. Columns - 10mm x 50mm x 80mm X 50mm x 10mm, 2.9mm thick Pre-galvanized Lipped Channel, 8. Foundation - 10mm X 55mm X 85mm X 55mm X 10mm, 2mm thick with brick work construction for one feet height on all the four sides .Pre-Galvanized Lipped Channel, 9. Balcony - 10mm X 40mm X 60mm X 40mm X 10mm, 2mm thick, Pre-Galvanized lipped Channel, 10. Purlins - 10mm X 40mm X 60mm X 40mm X 10mm, 2mm thick, Pre-Galvanized lipped Channel, 11. Trusses - Trusses of size 40 mm x 25 mm of 2 mm thickness. Structural members to be fitted in plated nuts, bolts and washers without welding, 12. Covering - U. Exhaust Fan - That consists of 48” exhaust fan with 6 no. of blades with 1.5 hp motor belt drive with GaIvanized body with louvers, 17. Cooling Pad - That consists of cellulose cooling pad of size 0.1 m thick size along with Galvanized water collecting gutter, profiles to fix pads, PVC Water distribution System, Pump, 18. Insect Net - Insect Net 40 mesh on cooling pad from outside, 19. Control Panel - It consists of electrical control panel (Indian) which consist of MCB, relay, Contractors, Three way switch, Volt meter, RYB indicator with temperature and humidity sensor to operate fogging system and cooling system in Auto mode, 20. Electrical cables - Electrical cables for Fan Motors and cooling pad pump from panel (i.e. 10 m from greenhouse), 21. Roof water pipe - PVC pipe for collection of Roof water Rain water of size 110mm X 4 Kg/cm2 and 4m length from funnel at gutter level upto the ground.
