SITC of Internally Illuminated LED base Mandatory/Information Guidance Sign boards of various sizes and depth not less than 150mm made out of 4mm thick glare free polycarbonate sheet at front facia having the required details (letters and symbols) screen printed on self adhesive film of 3M make/equivalent and pasted inside of the polycarbonate sheet and body made of 2mm thick anodised aluminium profile reinforced by 50mmx50mm Aluminium/Aluminium Alloy structure on other five sides with sufficient No. of 50mm dia aluminium legs of 5.5mm thick fixed with Al brackets of 5mm thick and frangible couplings, uniformly internally illuminated with adequate No. of LED modules of LED of burning hours not less tha 50,000 spacing not more than 100mm with suitable rated weather proof Power converter (IP 67) to acheive required illuminated level, suitable for operation on airfield series circuit input source of 2.8A-6.6A to give constant brightness for all current variation without flickering, with all other accessories such as MS base plate of 10mm thick with 16mm dia 250mm length foundation bolts and nuts of SS Materials, including providing foundation as per OEM recommendations etc., complete as required and confirming to ICAO/FAA requirements etc as required.

SITC of Collapsible of illuminated wind cone assembly as per ICAO standard and specification complete with red glass dome obstruction marker light, Aluminium casing, ) 04 Nos. of lamps and shades duly directed in windsock, duly fixed on bearings, slip rings with cover, carbon boxes to holder bracket for drum fixed with bearings, Junction box for 4 Pole 32 A MCB for cable termination, including wind sock etc., installed on 80 mm dia G.I pipe as main pole, support and hinged base with M-10 size bolts including providing necessary foundation etc., complete as required.

Supply of following CI isolating tranformer housing box, water light, round type, metal container of outside size 330mm, height 450mm made of 10 mm thick case iron moulding all around except the top surface, which is 15mm cast iron suitable to a receive a light fitting base plate on top and underground housing assocaited with transformer, power cable and having a clear hole centre at the requierd side centre 3" above bottom surface suitable to receive 1 no. of 50mm dia "B" Class GI Pipe and check nuts. The box should have two SS earth bolts of 10x30 mm tapped inside near the cable entry hole, 4" away from the hole centre and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia B class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos. M 10 tapped hole at top having the hole centre 260mm to receive fitting base plate as required.

Installation of transformer housing box with base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630 x100mm thick all around concrete of 1:2:4; 150mm thick top slopped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 10" long 1/2" dia B class GI pipe with ceck nuts for drainage of water including excavation and refilling, aligning the boxes in straight line etc complete as required.

Supply of 5 KV grade plug and receptable type-I class 'B' connector suitable for field attachment with following size of 5 KV grade PVC insulated, PVC sheathed single core copper conductor cable confirming to the relevant IS specification and particular specification attached etc complete as required.
