Technical Capacity
The required prior work experience for the bidder is the completion or substantial completion of at least one similar nature of work during the last 5 years. The similar nature of work should be of a value of at least Rs. 204.61 lakh (excluding GST), which is 30% of the estimated cost. The major items in similar nature of work are DBM / BM / BC / SDBC. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of civil construction works of Rs. 682.02 lakh (excluding GST), which is 200% of the annual current price level, and the bid capacity should be more than the estimated cost of the work. The bidder needs to provide a list of similar nature of projects completed or substantially completed during the last five years, including details such as contract price, major items of work, and value of work done. The bidder should furnish the list of such similar nature of works, duly certified by an Engineer in charge not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
