Providing granular sub-base using moorum sand admixture CBR value not less than 20 & PI value not more than 6 mix with required proportion of sand of approved quality including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes including cost of T&P articles required for the work etc. complete & labour for spreading moorum in layers not exceeding 23cm. thickness watering & compacting to the requried density at OMC with power road roller including cost & carriage of water, all T&P articles with hire & running charges of machineries such as PRR etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer- in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Construction of un-reinforced, Construction of un-reinforced, plane cement panneled (0.5m x 0.5m) concrete , thickness as per thee design, over a prepaired sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per cluse 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), course and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, maximum size of course aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixture of not less the 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using the approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 25mm micro thick polythene film, wedges steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished in the contineous operation includion provision of construction and expansion, construction joint, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixture as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification cluse 1501.panels are to be made by cuttion grooves of 3 to 5 mm thick and 25 to 30 mm deep in CC Slab. The grooves are to be filled with VG-30 Bitumen with a spray of fine sand at top.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MOSRT&H including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying tack coat with penetration grade of bitumen emulsion (RS) of 0.20 Kg per Sqm after scraping cleaning the road surface including cost, conveyance royalty of all materials, T&P labour, hire charges of machinaries etc. complete as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MOSRT&H and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying and rolling open graded premix carpet of 20mm thick using 0.27 cum composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm size crusher stone chips using pentration grade of bitumen of grade VG-30 (60/70) of 14.60 kg per 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with 80-100 KN roller inclusive of hire and running charges of PRR, bitumen mixtures, tar boilers and all other T&P articles including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 6mm thick precoated Seal Coat Type B using 0.06 cum of 6.70 mm size chips as per sieve analysis for sealing the voids in the bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using penetration grade of bitumen of 6.80 kg per 10 sqm and rolled with smooth wheeled power roller, bitumen mixure, tar boiler and all other T&P articles including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc complete and as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation & plinth in hard soil including levelling the bed etc complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

Providing and filling manually with selected sand in layers not exceeding 200mm thick including watering and compacting with all leads and lifts etc. For finished item of work as per Specification.

Unit cost of NP3 hume pipes including cost of labour for laying hume pipes (900 mm dia.)and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete of M-150 having maximum compressive strength of 150 kg./cm2 ( test to be conducted) on 150 mm. cubes tested at 28 days including curing (tests conducted in accordance with IS-456 & IS-516) & conforming to clause-302 of IRC 21/1987 using clean crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of 40 mm. size down grade of approved quality to be protested in the laboratory) obtained from approved quarry the proportion mix, grading conforming to relevant ISI/IRC codes pre-approved including arranging of reinforcement as per approved drawing including hoisting, lowering concrete in layers not exceeding 150 mm. thick each compacting with vibrator watering & curing for 28 days centering shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves & beads where necessary including cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all labour machineries etc. required for the work complete in all respects including dismantling the centering & shuttering as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of precast RCC railing of M25 Grade, aggregate size not exceeding 12 mm, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm, leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications.

RCC of design mix of M-25 grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 300kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken granite course aggregate of 20mm. .sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering , shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works)
