The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily executing or completing similar nature of works, specifically construction of Building works, during the last five financial years. The bidder should have completed similar works with a total cost aggregating to certain percentages of the estimated cost of the project. These are: 1. Three similar works with a total cost of not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project, which is Rs. 2,67,49,600.00. 2. Two similar works with a total cost of not less than 60% of the estimated cost of the project, which is Rs. 2,00,62,200.00. 3. One similar work with a total cost of not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project, which is Rs. 1,33,74,800.00. The bidder must provide details of these similar works, including the name of the employer, location, contract price, items of work, and dates of starting and completion. The bidder must also attach certificates from the Engineer-in-Charge for these similar works. Additionally, the bidder must provide information on their working experience, including a list of similar nature of projects executed. The bidder must also provide details on the value of work executed in Indian Rupees and have a total value of work of more than Rs. 3.00 crore to be eligible. The bidder should furnish this information as per the prescribed proforma in Schedule-H, and also submit a list of similar nature of work satisfactorily completed in Schedule-D1 and a list of works in progress in Schedule-D2.
