Providing & laying compacted Bituminous Macadam (Grading-II ) using 60/70 (VG-30) penetration grade Bitumen with Hot Mix Plant using crusher broken hard granite aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to works site, lying with Hydrostatic Paver Finisher with Sensor Control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with Smooth Wheeled, Vibratory and Tandem Rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause No.106, 108, 111, 112, 501 & 504 and section 900 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying compacted Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete (Grading-II) with Batch type Hot Mix Plant using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 (VG-30) penetration grade of bitumen, and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a Hydrostatic Paver Finisher with Sensor Control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with Smooth Wheeled, Vibtratory and Tandem Rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501 & 508 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) & including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick Mastic Asphalt Wearing Course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirments given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 12.2 mm nominal size @ 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an apporoximate spacing of 10cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 100 dehree centigrade, protruding 1 mm to 4mm over mastic surface all complete as per Clause 515 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing road marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads@250gms per sqm area , thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. for finished item of work as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 803 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge work (5th Revision) & including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Retro-Reflectorised Cautionary, Mandatory and Informatory Sign Board as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause No. 801.3 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm , firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-25 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing & including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) (Using Branded Cement) in foundation (Lean concrete in Drain & Toe wall) as per drawing and technical specification using approved quality Cement and hard granite stone crushed metal of 40mm nominal size with formwork as per Section 900,1000,1700 & 2100 of specifications for road and bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete of grade M-20 (Using Branded Cement) with 20mm and down grade hard granite (crusher broken) aggregate and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383 and table 1000-1 in Box Cell Culvert, Drain, Retaining wall etc as per drawing and technical specification using High Strength approved quality Cement with formwork as per Section 900,1000,1500,1700 & 2200, 2300 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including centering, shuttering, cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying steel i.e. Tor Steel / HYSD Bars conforming IS-1786 including straightening, cutting, bending, binding, welding and jointing if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. Work and providing fan hooks as required, hoisting, lowering, laying including cost, conveyances, taxes tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors with labour cess etc. (Linear measurement will be taken and quantity will be calculated on standard weight of tor steel / HYSD bars for all heights) complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.
