Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion presure distributer @ 0.20 Kg per Sqm on prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleained with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MOST & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing & laying semi dense bituminious concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to required grade to proper camber & consolidation with vibratory and tandem rollers to acieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 0f Mosrt&h Specification including hire & running charge etc. complete as per directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and errecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC-67-2012 made of Class-B high intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting of encapsulated lens type vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2.00 mm thick or A.C.P. (Aluminium composite panel) used for sign boards with a thermoplastic core of low density polyethylene (LDPE) between two thick sheets of aluminium with over all thickness of 4 mm and aluminum thickness of 0.5mm on both sides supported on mild steel angle post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 75 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour, T & P, excavation, curing etc. complete, under supervision of Engineer-in-Charge.
