Construction of granular sub-base by providing Granular subbase Grading-VI material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mix material by tipper at site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoRT&H specification. inclusive of hire & running charges of all machineries and all other T&P articles, all labour, sundries, cost & conveyance of all materials with taxes etc complete as per specification and direction of Engr. in Charge.

Providing Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion (Slow Setting) on prepared granular surface, spreading @ 0.60kg / sqm using mechanical means including cost, conveyance of of bitumen emulsion & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause -501 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing Tack coat with bitumen emulsion (Rapid Setting)on prepared bituminous surface, spreading @ 0.20kg / sqm using mechanical means including cost, conveyance of bitumen emulsion & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause -501 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications.

Providing & laying Bituminous Concrete of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, preparing preemixed materials with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per clauses 501, 503 and 507 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 KMs spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms/sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35. The finished surface to be levelled uniform and free from stracks and holes including cost, carriage and all taxes of all materials, labour and T&P etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing compacted granular materials in shoulder by using moorum having required P.I. value spreading in uniform layers not exceeding 100mm in depth and compacting with smoth wheeled roller to achieve the desired density including cost, conveyance, royality of moorum & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Clause - 408 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Supplying and Installition of FIH approved National category synthetic hockey turf with Polyethylene texturized mono filament of 18mm pile height sand dressed and laying, jointing and fixing the same on the bituminous sub-base with minimum 15mm thick ruvverized under layer as per the FIH requirements and the passing of synthetic turf as per specification of the National category FIH competition including all marking on the surface as per FIH rules and standard etc. as per the FIH requirements complete as per the instruction of the engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of Aluminum Goal Post Hockey as per drawing and design including all fitting and net and as per FIH approved standard.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Industrial vitrified tiles (30x30)cm in floors of approved make laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with slurry including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing & laying Plain Cement concrete (PCC) of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (1½") size clean hard black crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm. (6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance , loading, unloading, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, Sundries, T&P required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering ( if required) including hire and running charges of water pump required for the work etc complete in all respect excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Chair should have a warranty of 2 years against significant color fading and 5year against breakage due to manufacturing. ELECTRICAL WORK Supply of 25 M high mast shaft in three sections suitable for 250km/hr wind speed along with head frame, luminaires carriage suitable for 16 luminaires in Asymmetrical arrangement and other accessories manufactured in factory.(Make-Consoul/CG/PHILIPS/RR)

Supply of raising lowering system comprising double drum winch, 6mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightning finial. (Wiring material from JB to individual luminaire & MCB in base compartment are not included and are a part of installation).

Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template.

Supply of LED floodlight type HAVELLS/ SIGNIFY(PHILLIPS) 500W.

Supply of LED type single dome aviation obstruction light.

Supply of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 63A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 40A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 35 sq. mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals.

Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour.

Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour.
