Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments and stone pitching in slopes and boulder approns etc with hard granite stone of size 30 cm and above as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, 1000 and 2504 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (latest revision) including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m.

Loosening to a depth of 150mm, leveling and compacting original ground supporting embankment /sub-grade as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 305.3.4 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (latest revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road-way cutting and other structures with all lifts and leads graded and compacted to meet requirement as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (latest revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads transportation to required slope & compacting by mechanical means spreading, grading to required slope & compacting to meet requirement as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and clause 305 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (latest revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Furnishing and laying of live sods of perrinial turf grass on embankment slope within all leads and lifts by mechanical means includinf cost conveyance all materials with T&P required for the work complete in all respect as directed by Engineer In Charge

Providing and laying Granular Sub-base with approved Grading stone screening materials as per Table 400-1 as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (latest revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, mixing, providing laying and compacting graded stone aggregaresto Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification in approved layer thickness to line, level grade & slope as per approved working drawing and approved mix design conforming to grading specified in (Table 400-I3 ) & as per clause 406 of Technical specification for road and bridge works MORT&H (Latest revision) & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing, spraying & prime coat over prepared granular base (WMM) with Bituminous emulsion of medium porosity (slow setting) complying with IS 8887-2004 spraying with a self propelled bitumen pressure sprayer uniformly at the specified temperature complete @ 0.60 Kg/ Sqm as per Cl.502 of Technicalspecification for road and bridge work MORT&H (Latest revision) and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, providing and applying tack coatwith bitumen emulsion (Rapid Setting) complying with IS:8887-2004 spraying with the help of a self propelled pressure sprayer to spread uniformly @ 0.20 Kg /Sqm over the cleaned prepared dust free surface as per Clause.503 of technica specification of road and bridge work MORT&H (Latest revision) and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying 50 mm thick bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade ( VG-30)of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 504 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick semi dense bituminous concrete with Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade ( VG-30)of bitumen,@ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH (LatestRevision)specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600.1 cement content not to be less than 150Kg/Cum ,optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strngth not to be less than 10mpa at 7 days mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver and compacting with vibratory roller finishing & curing as per clause 601 of MoSRT& H specification for Road & Bridge work( Latest Revision) ,including cost conveyance roalties of all materials complete in all respect as dircted by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing un-reinforced, dowel jointed cement concrete pavement by semi-mechanized method over a prepared sub base as per approved mix design, using 43grade cement not less than 400kg/cum, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to I:S 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixing in concrete mixers with weigh batcher and transporting to work site, laying, spreading and compacting to the required thickness, finishing in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler,separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge works (latest revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing RCC M-15 RCC Guard Post/ 5th Km. stone/ Ordinary Km. stone / 200 Mtr. stone of standard design as per IRC8-1980 along with reinforcement complete as per drawing as per Clause 804,806 & Section no.1000, 1500, 1600, 1700, 2300 of Specification for Road & Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (LatestRevision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250 gms per sqm area over road surface. , Thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of ENNIS (Avery) / 3M raised pavement markers (RPM) including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials with labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of retro - reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC : 67 ,made of high intensity grad sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm X 75mm X 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cm X 45 cm X 60 cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing.
