R.C.C. work with M-20 grade In Different RCC Works having minimum compressive strength in work test of 200 Kg/Cm² in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and texts conducted in accordance with relevance IS code using 20 mm and downgraded size black hard granite crusher broken stone chips and screened and washed sharp river sand of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete and compacting by using vibrator, watering, curing for 28 days, including cost of centering & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty, Addl charg, DMF & EMF of all materials , cost of all labour labour CESS T&P etc. required for complete the work in all respect but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel & binding wires and labour charges for strengthening, cutting, bending grills and placing in proper position as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying,cutting, straightening of tor steel of gradeSeQRTMT FE500D bars (SAIL/ TATA/ Shyam steel) with bending, binding, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing if necessary & tying the grills and placing in position as required for the Rod work in all floors and & for providing fan hooks hosting lowering ,& laying steels including cost conveyance ,taxes & royalties of all materials and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges ( payment will be made on weight of MS rod or tor steel only basing on the co- efficient of MS rod or tor steel bars approved by competent authority and (No separate payment will be made towards the cost of binding wires over lapping, wastage, coupling, welded, joints , spacer bars, ,chairs stays, hangers and annealed steel wires or other methods for binding and placing etc.)

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation& Plinth using Fly ash bricks of (23x11x8cm) size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance + 8 percent after immersing Bricks in water till saturation before use , including splays cutting, circular molding, chamfering, corbelling and all similar type of operations with all necessary projections watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, Addl charg, DMF & EMF of all materials, cost of all labour, labour CESS T&P etc. complete in all respect as drawing and technical specifications and as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Super structure using Fly ash bricks of (23x11x8cm) size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance + 8 percent after immersing Bricks in water till saturation before use , including splays cutting, circular molding, chamfering, corbelling and all similar type of operations with all necessary projections watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, Addl charg, DMF & EMF, of all materials, cost of all labour, labour CESS T&P ,Scaffolding as required etc. complete in all respect as drawing and technical specifications and as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing in all floors of M.S. grills, grill gates, M.S. gates, garage door, collapsible gates with top and bottom rails, steel windows, critical frames for windows, stair case and parapet railing made out of M.S Square bar/ flat including stair case hand railing with 40mm. dia G.l.pipe etc. including painting two coats over a coat of redoxide primer as per approved drawing and design with cost of all materials & labour, labour cess, T&P, sundries etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips and screened and washed sharp river sand of approved quality from approved quarry as per approved design including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting to proper thickness, watering and curing for the required period, finished smooth , providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty, Addl charg, DMF & EMF, of all materials with labour, labour CESS , and T&P etc. required to complete the work in all respect including dewatering if required as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 16 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6) with screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties, Addl charg, DMF & EMF, of all materials, cost of all labour, Labour CESS,T&P, and scaffolding as required to complete the work in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6) with screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties, Addl charg, DMF & EMF of all materials, cost of all labour, Labour CESS,T&P, and scaffolding as required to complete the work in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing ,Supplying fitting and fixing of Vitrified Industrial tile of premium grade having thickness 8mm to 10mm confirming to IS 4457 of size 300mm x 300mm . anti skid, in floors and treads on steps and landing on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 screened and washed river sand ) jointed with neat white cement mixed with pigment to match he shades of the tiles ,curing for required days , including cost of pre cast tiles , cost , conveyance , royalty, Addl charg, DMF & EMF of all materials, cost of all labour , labour CESS and T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Supplying fitting and fixing of ceramic wall tiles with 20cmx30cm/20cmx20cm special plain / printed series ceramic wall tiles of premium grade having thickness 6.5mm to 6.7mm confirming to IS 13753 in Dado skirting and rises of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement:3 screened and washed river sand) jointed with neat cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including cost of pre cast tiles, curing for required days, including cost of pre cast tiles, cost, conveyance, royalty, Addl charg, DMF & EMF of all materials, cost of all labour, labour CESS and T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and Finishing surfaces of walls & ceiling with cement based wall putty [ water based ] of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding ,staging and cost , conveyance of all the materials ,including cost of all labour, labour CESS and T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing interior surfaces of walls with two coats of Plastic emulsion paint over a coat of wall primer of approved quality and shade from a recognized company to give an even shade including preparation of the surface before applying , including cost of scaffolding ,staging and cost ,conveyance of all materials ,cost of all labour, labour CESS and T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting fixing aluminium windows [ sliding type ] made up aluminium section 9778 as window frame , section no. 4095,4096, and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including cost of all fittings & fixtures ,including cost carriage of all materials [excluding cost of black glass] , including cost of all labour , labour CESS , hire and running charges of drill machine ,T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Black glass panes of 6mm thick cutting to size of approved quality in panels of aluminium doors ,ventilators and windows fitted and fixed with beading as required with cost, conveyance, labour and T & P etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing 6mm. thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) to RCC surfaces finished smooth including closed deep chipping and slurry treatment using good quality screened and washed river sand, including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties, Addl charg, DMF & EMF of all materials, cost of all labour, labour CESS,T&P, and scaffolding as required to complete the work in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and laying 2.50 cm thick Grading Concrete over roof slab with cement concrete (1:2:2) using 6 mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips and screened & washed sharp river sand of approved quality from approved quarry and finished smooth, including watering and curing for the required period including cost, conveyance, royalties, Addl charg, DMF & EMF of all materials, cost of all labour, labour CESS, T&P etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Painting 2 (Two) coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour, shade wood/iron work including sand papering , polishing the surface including cost, conveyance of all materials, all labour, labour CESS T&P , scaffolding etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per drawing and technical specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & painting exterior surfaces of walls with two coats of antifungal Weather seal coat paint (ISI)of approved quality and shade from a recognized company to give an even shade, after cleaning the plastered surface perfectly by watering and brushing including cost of scaffolding ,staging and cost ,conveyance of all materials ,all labour, labour CESS and T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
