RCC work of M-20 having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 200kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 10mm size to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips (10mm size 40% & 20mm size 60%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting lowering laying and compacting concrete with centering & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary and providing required No. of fan hooks as required including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of MS rod / Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills. Labour charges for straightening the coiled or bend up M.S. rod / HYSD bars confirming to Gr. S 240 or Fe-500, cutting bending binding lapping placing welding etc. (Confirming to ISI specification) and jointing if necessary by lapping and tying the grills and placing in position as required for RCC work as per approved design hoisting lowering and laying in position including cost conveyance & taxes of M.S. rod / tor steel (Primary Producer like-SAIL/RINL/ TATA/ JINDAL STEEL/ SHYAM STEEL) make) and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge (as approved by the deptt.) weight of over lapping, couping, welded joints, spaeer bar, chair, stage, hanger and binding wires shall not be considered for payment at all. Standard co-efficient of different size of the steel shall be considered. Welding & lapping should be confirming to relevant clause of IRC 1987 in Ground floor.

Iron work (Wrought & Put up) in trusses and record racks including cost, conveyance, of all materials, all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete (measurement will be taken on finished weight only).

Hoisting and placing in position of steel girder trusses, centering and shuttering with steel shutter N.G. rails wooden shuttering plates, welding etc, complete for R.C.C. work in Well/ Grider of bridge including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials and dismantling them after casting and disposing of the useful materials away from site complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in -charge

Providing, fitting and fixing G.I. Trafford sheet (TATA make DURASHINE) of 0.45 mm thick in roof including drilling holes in wind ties and fixing of ridges, vallys, wind ties etc. all complete with cost of all materials complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting Two coats with any approved Enamel paint on Old/new iron work after cleaning the surface, sand papering etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete as directed by Engineer – in – Charge.
