First class Fly ash Brick masonry using bricks of size 25 cm. x 12 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per. Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix( 1:6) with ordinary Portland slag cement(PSC) and screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use in Foundation & Plinth including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Compound wall)

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 250 Kg. / Square cm. in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 516 using 12 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crushed broken granite stone chips and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned ( 20mm. size chips not to exceeds 25 % ) to be mixed in concrete mixture with Portland slag cement (PSC) including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and removing debris from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T & P required of the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. But excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or tor steel tying the grills and placing in proper position.

Cutting straightening HYSD Bars/High tensile tor steels, confirming to FE -500 grade bending binding welding and jointing if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for RCC work and for providing fan hooks hoisting lowering and laying including cost, conveyance of HYSD bars/High tensile tor steels and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending binding and tying the grills in all floors etc. complete as per direction of E.I.C(Measurement will be taken excluding cost of binding wire)and payment will be made on the weight of M.S or tor steel only).

12mm.thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6) in finished smooth to surface of walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing with cost ,conveyance, royalities of all materials and cost of labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

16mm.thick cement plaster(1:6) finished smooth surface of walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing with cost ,conveyance, royalities of all materials and cost of labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) finished smooth in RCC surface, ceiling & finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden float only to proper plumbs & level and making necessary grooves, beads & drip course to give required ornamental finish as per drawing, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.(In all floors)

Providing 25 mm thick Grading concrete (1:2:2) using 6.7mm size chips for finished smooth on roof slab etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Vitrified Tiles Premium grade (600x600 mm size Plain) in floors, treads, steps and landing slab on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles including, rubbing and polishing the surface with cost, conveyance, royality and all taxes of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer – in – Charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Vitrified tiles Premium grade in dados on 12mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles including, rubbing and polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and royality of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer – in – Charge.

Distempering 2 coats with any approved shade over a coat of primer the interior surface of walls using distemper including cost, conveyance of all materials including cost of distemper with all taxes and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer – in – Charge.

Painting 2 coats with water proofing weather coat over a coat of primer of approved shade by means of brush to outside surface of walls complete in all floors with cost, carriage and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.

Supplying fixing and fittings MS door shutters with frames of approved design and drawing made out of MS flat and MS angle at work site with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide zink chrome primer including cutting holes in brick or RCC walls and fixing with CC (1:3:6) including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials all labour T&P required for the work complete (payment will be made on weight basis only)

Supplying fixing and fittings MS grill of approved design and drawing made out of MS flat and MS angle at work site with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide zink chrome primer including cutting holes in brick or RCC walls and fixing with CC (1:3:6) including cost, conveyance and royalty of all materials all labour T&P required for the work complete (payment will be made on weight basis only)(In all floors)

Painting Two coats with Enamel paint on Old/new wood work after cleaning the surface, sand papering etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of paint with all taxes and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame , shutter,and all fitting and fixtures including all cost of labour, T&P , hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing of openable UPVC doors with frame of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame shutters and all fitting and fixture including all cost of labour, T&P , hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Flank dressing to proper camber including cutting of excess earth and filling where ever necessary with all labour and T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth including laying in layers not exceeding 23cm.(9”) thick including well watered & rammed with all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of E.I.C.
