Cement concrete of prop.(1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm. size black hard (hand broken) granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and all labour,T&P etc complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete ( 1:2:4 ) with 12mm size crusher broken hard black granite chips including watering, curing,cost of all materials, conveyance of all materials to work site with payment of royalty, all taxes etc all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

R.C.C. work of grade M-20 grade having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200 kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days curing after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using 20mm down graded black hard granite crusher broken chips e of approved quality including hoisting lowering and laying placing in position concrete watering and curing for 28 days including cost of rigid and smooth steel centering shuttering with C.M.plaster (1:2) at no extra cost where necessary and cost, conveyance, royalties and other taxes of all materials, labour required for the work etc.complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying HYSD (FE 415)/ (FE 500) of SAIL/TATA/JINDAL STEEL/SHYAM STEEL reinforcement of required diameter of approved quality including cutting to required length with straightening coiled or bent up HYSD bending, binding, welding and joining if necessary and tying the grills hoisting to required height and lowering, laying and placing in position as required for R.C.C. work and for providing fan hooks hoisting or lowering to required height and cost, conveyance and taxes of HYSD bars and G.I. binding wires of 1mm dia. required for the R.C.C. works and bending binding and tying the grills (payment will be made on weight of HYSD bars calculated on the basis of length used multiplied by standard co-efficient of HYSD bars only and no separate payment will be made towards weight if any due to variation of co-efficient of Tor steel rod weight any and lapping, wastage) as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation & Plinth using Fly Ash brick size 25cm x 12cm x 8cm and 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance(+/-) 2% after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use including splays cutting circular moulding corbelling chamfering including watering and curing cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work and finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure using Fly Ash brick size 25cm x 12cm x 8cm and 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance (+/-) 2% after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use including splays cutting circular moulding corbelling chamfering including watering and curing cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work and finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

16 mm (5/8") thick cement plaster in Cement Mortar (1:6) finished smooth to out rough surface of brick walls after raking out joints scapping and cleaning the surface including watering and curing for specified period etc. complete with cost, conveyance , royality and taxes of all materials , and cost of all labour T&P scaffolding required for the work complete in all respect. The materials used for the work and items of work as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster in Cement Mortar (1:6) finished smooth to rough surface of brick walls after raking out joints scapping and cleaning the surface including watering and curing for specified period etc. complete with cost, conveyance , royality and taxes of all materials , and cost of all labour T&P scaffolding required for the work complete in all respect. The materials used for the work and items of work as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

6mm thick thick cement plaster (1:4) to RCC surface finished smooth to out rough surface with cost, conveyance , royality and taxes of all materials , and cost of all labour T&P scaffolding required for the work complete in all respect. The materials used for the work and items of work as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distemparing two coats over a coat of cement primer with approved shed with cost, conveyance ,T&P and taxes of all materials , and cost of all labour required for the work complete in all respect and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with weather coat paint of approved make over a coat of primer and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
