Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits by mechanical means, graded and compacted to meet requirement as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and clause 305 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular subbase by providing close graded granular subbase Grading-VI material (hard granite crusherbroken) as per Table 400-2,satisfying all physical,chemical properties of Granular subbase material (road aggregate), spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired denisity complete as per clause No.401 and section 900 of MoRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works(5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Wet Mix Macadam using crushed stone aggregates as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 406 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with medium setting bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base, including clearing road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60 Kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with medium setting bitumen emulsion on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface including cleaning with mechanical broom and spraying bitumen emulsion @ 0.20 Kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying compacted Bituminous Macadam (Grading-II ) using 60/70 (VG-30) penetration grade Bitumen with Hot Mix Plant using crusher broken hard granite aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 3.3 % by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to works site, lying with Hydrostatic Paver Finisher with Sensor Control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with Smooth Wheeled, Vibratory and Tandem Rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause No.106, 108, 111, 112, 501, 503 , 504 and section 900 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying compacted Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete (Grading-II) with Batch type Hot Mix Plant using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 (VG-30) penetration grade of bitumen, @ 5.00 KG by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a Hydrostatic Paver Finisher with Sensor Control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with Smooth Wheeled, Vibtratory and Tandem Rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501 & 508 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) & including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick Mastic Asphalt Wearing Course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirments given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 12.2 mm nominal size @ 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an apporoximate spacing of 10cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 100 dehree centigrade, protruding 1 mm to 4mm over mastic surface all complete as per Clause 515 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse hard granite crusher broken aggregate (Using Branded Cement) and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600.1,cement content not to be less than 150kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a Batching Plant, transported to site, laid and compacting with vibratory roller, finishing and curing as per Clause 601 and section 900 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works(5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of un-reinforced,dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement M-35 grade (using branded cement) over a prepared sub base using 43 grade Cement not less than @ 400kg / cum with 20mm and down grade hard granite (crusher broken) aggregate and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383) over a prepared sub base , mixed in concrete mixer as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid , spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, curing compound, dowel bar, tie bars etc as required for the work, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and as per Clause 602 and section 900 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing road marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads@250gms per sqm area , thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. for finished item of work as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 803 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge work (5th Revision) & including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Retro-Reflectorised Cautionary, Mandatory and Informatory Sign Board as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause No. 801.3 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm , firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-25 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing & including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.
