Construction of granular Sub-base by providing Coarse graded Granular sub-base Grading-VI material as per table 400-1 ,spreading in unifrom layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wet mix macadum using crushed stone aggregates as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 406 of MoRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Medium setting bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base, including clearing road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60 Kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Medium setting bitumen emulsion on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface including cleaning with mechanical broom and spraying bitumen emulsion @ 0.20 Kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying danse graded bituminous macadam Grading ll with hot mix plant minimum capacity of 60-90 TPH Producing an avarage out put 75tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen @4.5% of total mix, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete grading-II with minimum capacity of 60-90 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 and clause 508 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing RCC M-15 grade Latest Km. stone, Ordinary Km. stone and Hectometre stone using 20mm down graded stone aggregates along with reinforcement for finished item of work as per drawing as per IRC -25 / 1967 & IRC-8-1980 fixed in position including finishing and lettering, painting as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Clause No. 805 & Section 800, 900, 1000, 1500, 1600, 1700 of MoRT&H specification for road & bridge works (Latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of bi-directional retro reflective raised pavement markers of approved colour, quality & make conforming to ASTM D-4280 made from injection moulded high impact polymer including cleaning, preparation of surface and fixing at position with approved quality adhesives including cost of all materials, labour, transportation, taxes, duties, sundries, T&P etc. complete.

Providing road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads@250gms per sqm area , thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. for finished item of work as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 803 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge work (Latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause No. 801.3 of specifications for road and bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (Latest Revision) fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm , firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,straightening ,cutting,fitting and placing in position coiled or bend up M.S. rod / HYSD bars confirming to grade Fe-500, (Confirming to ISI specification) and jointing if necessary by lapping and tying the grills and placing in position as required for RCC work as per approved design, hoisting, lowering and laying in position including cost conveyance & taxes of M.S. rod / tor steel (Primary Producer like- SAIL /RINL /TATA /JINDALSTEEL /SHYAM STEEL) make and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge (as approved by the deptt. as per Section - 1000 and 1600 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) & including cost of all materials,labour, T&P, etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (weight of over lapping, couping, welded joints, spaeer bar, chair, stage, hanger and binding wires shall not be considered for payment at all. Providing weep wholes in plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing foce.
