Providing compacted granular subbase as per approved thickness using gravel or moorum satisfying the PI value including cost, conveyance taxes, royality of all materials and laying, spreading in uniform layers, watering and compacting with 8-10 T power roller to 98% of proctor's density complete for finished item of work as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63mm to 45mm size to water bound macadam (Grading –II) and 45mm to 22.5 mm size to water bound macadam (Grading –II) specification (75mm compacted thick) including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials of moorum or gravel to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machinaries including all labour, T&P and cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MoRD for low porosity surface. and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MoRD. and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using S-60/70 penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508 of MoRD by manual means and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 of MORD with S-60/70 grade bitumen laid by manual means and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

PROTECTION WORKS Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads & lifts including dressing the sides & leveling the bed of the foundation to the required width & required depth including shoring shuttering, propping bullah, pilling, dewatering from foundation supplying & working of pumps including hire & running charges of pumps & all machineries required for the work & providing coffer dam if required & stacking the excavated materials away from the working areas with Cess complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-chargel.

Providing & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete including cost conveyance, royalty, Cess & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Prividing & laying Plain Cement concrete M 15 (Nominal mix) (1;2.5:5) in open foundation as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 of MORD and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Prividing & laying Plain Cement concrete M 15 (Nominal mix) (1;2.5:5) in Sub Structure as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 of MORD and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of R.C.C. railing M25 grade in Cast-in-situ with 20mm nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical railing post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre- to centre spacing between vertical posts not to exceed 2000mm as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 800, 900 and 1208.3.

Providing & fixing of HYSD bars confirming to approved grade cutting bending , binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification ) & jointing if necessary be lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge ( as to approved by the Deptt. ) etc. complete (Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be bome by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different size of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC - 21/1987) as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.
