Straightening bent up or coiled rods cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required) the M.S. 2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2:) on roof slab with 6 mm size hard crusher broken granite chips including all cost, conveyance and royalties of materials with labour, labour cess and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in superstructure using fly ash bricks of 9" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg. per sq. cm including splays, cutting, circular mouldings, chamfering, corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections, watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work with all royalties etc. complete in all respect.

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in Foundation and plinth using fly ash bricks of 9" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg. per sq. cm including splays, cutting, circular mouldings, chamfering, corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections, watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work with all royalties etc. complete in all respect.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12 mm size hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including all cost, labour, labour cess, T&P, royalties, conveyances etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Vitrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of plain (Ivory) in approved make conforming to IS 13756 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1cement:4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, labour cess and T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Vitrified tile in dadoes of size 600mm x 600mm of plain (Ivory) in approved make conforming to IS 13756 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1cement:4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, labour cess and T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, labour cess with T&P required for the work with all royalties etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster of proportion (1:6) finished smooth to inside brick work after racking out joints including watering and curing, cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials with all labour, labour cess and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12 mm (1/2") thick cement plaster (1:4) finished smooth to brick works with neat cement punning for skirting and dados after raking out the joints including watering and curing with cost and conveyance, royalties of all materials, labour & labourcess with T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20 mm thick cement plaster of proportion (1:6) finished smooth to stone work after racking out joints including watering and curing, cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with all labour, labour cess and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Wall Painting two coats with any approved weather coat paint of approved shade to give an even shade after cleaning surface including cost of all materials, labour, labour cess, T&P required for the work etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Distempering two coats to wall surface with any approved Distemper paint of approved shade to give an even shade after cleaning surface including cost of all materials, labour, labour cess, T&P required for the work etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Priming wall surface with water based cement primer with approved water base cement primer on new work to receive painting after cleaning surface including cost of all materials, labour, labour cess, T&P required for the work etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying of M.S Panneled Door double leaved with M.S. frames (35x35x6 mm M.S. Angle), top and bottom rail (25x25x3 mm M.S. Angle), door pannel with 1.00 C.R. sheet, pannel stiffner covering width of each leaf 19 x 5 mm, M.S.flat 3 Nos. on each leaf, hinges 6 nos of size 100 mm (3 nos. on each side) bought out as per ISS. Hold fast 3 nos on each side of 35 x 35 x 6 mm M.S. Angle 175 mm length bifurcated at the tip, with 4 nos fabricated Handle (19x5 mm M.S. Flat), 2 nos Aldrop bought out as per ISS & 2 nos Tower bolts as per approved design & direction of Engineer-in-charge, including cost, conveyance, labour cess and labour charges of all materials etc. complete.

Supplying of M.S. pannelled window double leaved with M.S. Frame ( 35 x 35 x 6 mm M.S Angle), shutter style -Top & bottom rail with 25 x 25 x 3 mm M.S. Angle, window pannel with 1.00 mm C.R. sheet, Pannel stiffner covering width of each leaf 19 x 5 mm M.S. Flat 2 nos of each leaf, Hinges 4 nos of size 100 mm. ( 2 nos on each side) bought out as per ISS, Hold Fast 2 nos. on each side with 35 x 35 x 6 mm angle 100 mm. length bifurcated at tip, with 2 nos fabricated handle (19x5 mm M.S. Flat), 4 nos tower bolt bought out as per ISS and Horizontal grills of 12 mm M.S. Round at 100 mm. spacing as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost and conveyance of all materials with all labour, labour cess and T&P required for the work etc. complete

Labour charges for fitting and fixing of M.S. Door, Window, Fixed Grill & Gate, Rolling shutter etc. in proper position including making holes in walls, RCC structures and wood work etc. and making good to the damages to walls or RCC structure including mending or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with RCC (1:2:4) with HB granite chips of 12mm size with cost and conveyance of all materials, royalties, labour, labour cess and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with any approved paint over a coat of priming to new iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance of all materials, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4 cm (1.5") size clean hard hand broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm (6") thick to required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with all royalties, labour, labour cess with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of Chequred tiles in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with colouring pigments to match the sheds of the tiles including cost of ceramic floor tiles, all materials, labour, labour cess, royality, conveyance, T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
