R.C.C.work of Grade M-30 having minimum compressive strength in work test of 300kg/Cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 & IS 516 using 20mm down graded size black crusher broken hard granite stone chips of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete & compacting by using vibrators, watering & curing for 4 (four) weeks centring, shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost & conveyance royalties of all materials T&P & labour required for the work etc., complete in all respect but excluding cost & conveyance of M.S.Rods,HYSD bars or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc.,of the M.S.Rods or tor steel & binding wires & laying the grills in proper position as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Straingthening bent up or coiled rods cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing ( if required) the M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and binding tying the grills hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as required for RCC works with cost, conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour & cess with all T&P required for the work etc., complete in all floors ( weight of binding wires will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S. rods or Tor steel only)

Flyash brick masonary in C.M.(1:6) in superstructure using 9" size bricks including splays cutting, circular moulding, champering and corbelling, watering and curing etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities,DMF, EMF, additional charges of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6) over brick work finished smooth after raking out joints including watering and curing etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities,DMF, EMF, additional charges of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

16mm thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6) over brick work finished smooth after raking out joints including watering and curing etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities, DMF, EMF, additional charges of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Iron Y angle, iron grill gate, MS sqaure hallow section50x50x3.60mm in proper position including making holes to walls or RCC structure and making good to the damages to walls or RCC structure including cost, conveyance, cess & royalities of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Barbed wire fencing with punched tape coil 600mm dia 10 meter openable length (total length 90m) having 50 nos rounds per 6 meter length up to 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron "Y" shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T rainforced barbed wire stud tied with G.I staples and G.I clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I barbed with tied to angel iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 Kg/Sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and wwight 43.478 gm/meter with all T&P etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weather coat two coats to wall surface over a coat of wall primer with approved shade including cost, conveyance, cess and royaltieis of all materials with cost of indigo, blue with labour and T&P etc., required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with available excavated material including watering ramming, complete with all leads and lifts including cost, conveyance royalities, cess of all materials and cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Carraige of surplus excavated materials away from work side within a lead of 5km by Mechanical/manual Means including T&P,labour, higher charges of machinaries cess etc complete as Direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismentalling of brick or stone masonary in lime and cement mortal including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing and cleaning the debries with 50M lead including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
