Cement concrete (1:4:8) in foundation and floors using 4cm(1½”) size hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete watering, curing etc, complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0’-6” thick including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc, complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash Brick masonry using Fly ash Bricks in FOUNDATION AND PLINTH having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/sqcm in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use including splays, cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, champhering and similar such type of works, scaffolding, watering, curing, including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking pavers block of M-35 grade and approved make variety colour and size made by block making machine with strong vibratory approved design and shape laid colour patton over 50mm thick compacted bed of course and filling the joints with fine sand etc complete including cost conveyance royalty taxex of all materials labour referring CPWD analysis of rate page 1000

Supplying fitting and fixing vitrified tile (SOMANY, KAJARIA, JOHNSON) in floors of size 600mmx600mm in floor of approved quality over 25mm thick cement mortar(1:1)of approved make conforming to IS 13755 with application of polymer modified quick set cement based water resistant adhesive conforming to IS 15477 of 3mm thick bed and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing 20mm thick Granite tile of above 0.40 sqm size over 20mm thick bed of approved quality colour and size above 0.10 sqm in floors treads on steps and landing on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar mix of (1:4) with screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar and cement of approved quality grouted with neat white cement slurry laid in proper slope joining the Kota stone with neat white cement slurry mixed with required of pigment of approved marks to match the shades of the kota stone to kota colour if required watering and curing for the required period including cost conveyance loading unloading royalties and taxes of all materials cost of all labour sundries T&P required for the work including cost of rubbing mechanically and wax polishing etc complete in all floors at all height in all respect as directed by the engineer-in-charge

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to out side rough surface of brick walls after racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing in all floors of M.S. grills, grill gates, M.S. gates, garage door, collapsible gates with top and bottom rails, steel windows, crital frames for windows, balustrades of stair case and parapet railing made out of M.S Square bar/ flat as per approved drawing and design including making holes in walls and R.C.C structure, wood work etc., and making good to the damages to walls with cement concrete (1:2:4) with hard crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm to 20mm size (20mm size not to exceed 25%) of approved quality with cost of all materials, labour, cost of welding, all T&P, sundries etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the EI.C. (Screws & other hardware required materials to be used in the work shall be of approved quality & specification & shall have to be supplied by the contractor at his own cost.)

Provding and applying priming coat with cement base primer of approved brand and manufacture on plaster/putty surface as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge at all elevation and all height including cost of all materials labour T&P etc complete

Finishing wall surface two coats of weather coat over a coat of water bound cement primer with cost, conveyance, taxes, royalities, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction and specification of Engineer-in-charge.
