RCC work of M-20 grade in Foundation works using 20mm down graded hard black granite Crusher broken aggregates of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing hoisting lowering laying compacting concrete using concrete mixer, vibrator watering and curing for and necessary centering and shuttering for smoth finishing of work(Excluding cost of reinforcement & binding wires to be used in the work) as per relevant clauses of section 1700 of MORT&H specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including hire and running charges of all machineries including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in using clamp burnt bricks of “23cmx11cmx8cm" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg. Per Sq. Cm. including immersing in water till saturation before use, Including splays cutting, circular molding, chamfering and corbelling and all similar type of operations with all necessary projections watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 12 mm thick Cement Plaster with C.M. (1:6) on inside surface of wall with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished over brick masonary to the smooth surface walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing ,roughing of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost and conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Providing 16 mm thick Cement Plaster with C.M. (1:6) on inside surface of wall with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished over brick masonary to the smooth surface walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing ,roughing of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost and conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Providing 6 mm thick C.P. with C.M. (1:4) on inside surface of exposed RCC with sand for mortar and finished smooth to RCC work after closed deep chipping & slurry treatment including watering and curing etc complete with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing supplying fitting and fixing of Vetrified industrial tiles flooring on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry using premium grade of size 30cmx30cm I.S. standard confirming to IS 13756 having thickness 8mm to 10mm mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing including fixing tiles to proper slope and level mending to sizes including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes all materials all labopur and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors as per standard specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing supplying fitting and fixing vetrified tiles 6.5mm to 6.7mm thick using (60cmx60cm color) in size in dadoes skirting and risers of steps on 20mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1cement : 3 sand) jointed to neat cement mixed with pigment to match the shades of tiles including fixing tiles to proper slope / level mending sizes sizes including cost, conveyance, taxes and royality of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors as per standard specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surfaces with cement putty (water based) of approved quality for make on inside plaster/concrete surface and finishing the surface smooth even by sand papering to receive paint in walls, at all hights with staging wherever necessary, including watering and curing with cost and conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Wall Painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of any approved quality over a coat of water bond cement primer to make an even finished surface in all floors and hights to wall surface of approved make and shade on new works to wall surface after cleaning surface including cost of materials, cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fitting-fixing of Un-plasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) ( FENESTA / NCL VEKA LTD.)three track three pannel sliding window -60 series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 108mm x 45mm x 2.5mm for outer frame and window sash of 39mm x58mm x 2.5m capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.5 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the window sash shall be fitted with 6 mm thick clear toughened glass of SAINT-GOBAIN make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories like clipping locking system made of aluminium 1 No., per set of sashes and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing/ deglazing at site etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges,materials and product conforming to ASTM D 638-14,EN-477-95 and other applicable codes and standards. ------ (W) etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(including Window Frame)
