Supplying, fitting, fixing of Industrial Vitrified Tiles of sizes 300x300mm in floors, treads, steps and landing slab on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles including, rubbing and polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and royality of all materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Glaged wall Tile (30x30 cm / 20x20 cm special plain / printed) series tiles in dadoes, skirting and risers of steps of size 600mmx 600mm of approved make confirming to IS:13755 laid on 12 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement: 3 course sand) jointed with slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles etc. complete including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC work of M-20 in column, beams, roof slab,Sloped Roof Slab,Stair Case, lintel and chajja, fins, shelves and floors slab in all floors having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 200kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 10mm size to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips (10mm size 40% & 20mm size 60%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting lowering laying and compacting concrete with centering & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary and providing required No. of fan hooks as required including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of MS rod / Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills.(In all Floors)

16mm.thick cement plaster(1:6) finished smooth surface of walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing with cost ,conveyance, royalities of all materials and cost of labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Labour charges for straightening the coiled or bend up M.S. rod / HYSD bars confirming to Gr. S 240 or Fe-500, cutting bending binding lapping placing welding etc. (Confirming to ISI specification) and jointing if necessary by lapping and tying the grills and placing in position as required for RCC work as per approved design hoisting lowering and laying in position including cost conveyance & taxes of M.S. rod / tor steel (Primary Producer like-SAIL/RINL/ TATA/ JINDAL STEEL/ SHYAM STEEL) make) and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge (as approved by the deptt.) weight of over lapping, couping, welded joints, spaeer bar, chair, stage, hanger and binding wires shall not be considered for payment at all. Standard co-efficient of different size of the steel shall be considered. Welding & lapping should be confirming to relevant clause of IRC 1987 (Ground Floor)

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Granite stone in floors, treads, steps and landing slab on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles including, rubbing and polishing the surface with cost, conveyance, royality and all taxes of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer – in – Charge.

Supplying and fixing of 80 mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make,desigh,colour, and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction Laid in required pattern etc. including cost conveyance taxes of all materials all labour T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded Granular sub-base Grading-IV material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.

Painting 2 coats with Plastic Emulsion paints of approved shade over a coat of priming by means of brush to inside surface of walls after cleaning the surface etc. complete in all floors including cost of all materials with all taxes and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

Supplying fixing and fittings MS door & Window Grill with frames of approved design and drawing made out of MS flat and MS angle at work site with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide zink chrome primer including cutting holes in brick or RCC walls and fixing with CC (1:3:6) including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials all labour T&P required for the work complete (payment will be made on weight basis only)

Painting Two coats with synthetic Enamel paint on Old/new wood work after cleaning the surface, sand papering etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of paint with all taxes and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

Providing, Fitting & Fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand Railing of 50mm outer diameter of 2mm thick of approved Quality & Specification with balustrade of size 32mmX32mmX2mm square pipes in rows including Cost,conveyance of all Materials, Labour ,T&P required for fabrication, buffing & polishing, cost of all fixtures etc. complete and as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge (In all floors)

PCC Work M – 20 having a minimum compressive strength 200kgs/cm2 in 15cm.cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS.456 and IS.516 using 20mm.& down graded black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering laying and compact concrete by using vibrator watering and curing for 28 days centering shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance ,royalities and taxes & testing of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of E.I.C

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
