Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone agregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform thickness with paver in sub base/ base course on the prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works.

Cleaning exsting Granular Surface including removal of foreign materials with wire brushes and smal picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dustong with old gunny bags and / or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Clearing the existing black topped surface with removal of forein materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/ or compressed air to receive bituminious treatment etc. complete.

Labour for applying primmer coat with Bitumen Emulsion ( SS-1 ) with all cost conveyance ,labour T&P 4.0kg of bitumen per 10sqm etc. complete.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm. on the prepared bituminious/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause 503 of MORTH & H specification for road and bridge works ( 4rth Revision ) etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineering in charge.

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminious Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading , premixed with bitumininious binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and allignment , rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MOSRT & H Specificaion for road and bridge works ( 4rth Revision ) etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineering in charge

Conveying from stacks and spreading moorum on road surface to proper thickness and camber for topping including cost and carriage of materials etc.complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Maintenance of Hume pipe Culvert by way of Clearing, Cleaning erosion repair, repairs to cracks, parapet wall and protection work as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1908 .

White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree trunks including preparation of surface by cleaning scrapping etc., as per MORD technical specifications Clause 1915.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometer stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical specification Clause 1703 of MORD.

Providing fixing 200 Mtr. Stone as per approved drawing & specification including cost of all materials, T&P, labour, painting, figuring & fixing etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade Guard stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:25 fixed position including finishing as per drawing and Technical specification Clause of MORD. ( Fixing on Berm )

Earth work in hard soil with initial leads 50 m and lift 1.50 m including rough dressing and levelling breaking clods and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 m depth with all cost ,conveyance , royalities and taxes etc. complete as directed by the Engineering- in - charge.

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering ramming, cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of materials and cost of labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete (measurement will be taken on finished section only as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing plain cement concrete M-10 (1:3:6) mix with 40mm nominal size stone aggregate in open foundation upto a depth of 1.5m. Below ground level & upto a hight of 1.5m. Above ground level/bed level including cost & conveyance of all materials to site & all labour charges complete as per specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Cement concrete in cm (1:2:4) using 12mm size h.g.c.b. chips including cost & conveyance of all materials to site & all labour charges complete as per the direction of the Engineering in charge.

Providing and fixing of typical Informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 of MoRD and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2
