Providing and laying plain cement concrete (1:3:6)(using branded cement) in foundation using 40 mm size hard crusher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing, lowering, laying and compacting to proper thickness, watering and curing for the required period including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes,cess, royalties, DMF, EMF, Additional Charges, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants,etc. ,complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing lifting , hoisting and laying reinforced cement concrete of M 20 grade(using branded cement) to the following structural member or in places as shown in the drawing for all floors with 20 mm and down graded size hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing and vibro compacting to proper shape and size, level and plumb and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth (if required by grouting / providing plaster with cement mortar 1:4 wherever necesary without any extra cost) scaffolding, including watering and curing for the required period including providing strong, rigid, levelled and plumbed centring and shuttering to required shape and size, for floors with wood/Steel centring materials, with all necessary bracing and ties and supports pockets for electrical conduits, pipes, PH pipes, for hooks or boxes, switchboards and insert plates, clamps and extension bars, etc, including dismantling the same after the required interval from the date of casting, including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, cess, royalties, DMF, EMF, Additional Charges, scaffolding, watering,curing, sundries. tools and plants etc. complete as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

Supplying steel i.e. tor Steel / HYSD bars from primary producer such as SAIL / Tiscon / RINL / JINDAL STEEL / SHYAM STEEL (grade Fe-500D) & of approved grade etc. including straightening, cutting, bending, binding, welding and jointing if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. Work and providing fan hooks as required, hoisting, lowering, laying including cost, conveyances, taxes tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors with labour cess etc. (Linear measurement will be taken and quantity will be calculated on standard weight of tor steel / HYSD bars for all heights) complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) (Using Branded Cement) in foundation & plinth using Fly Ash bricks of 25x12x 8 cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg./sqcm with dimensional tolerance ± 2% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water at least for six hours before use including cost, conveyance, royalties, DMF, EMF, Additional Charges and taxes of all materials with all labour,labour cess and T & P required for the work complete in all respect as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:4) (Using Branded Cement) in Superstructure using Fly Ash bricks of 25x12x 8 cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg./sqcm with dimensional tolerance ± 2% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water at least for six hours before use including cost, conveyance, royalties, DMF, EMF, Additional Charges and taxes of all materials with all labour,labour cess and T & P required for the work complete in all respect as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) (Using Branded Cement) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the inside rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves or beads where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties, DMF, EMF, Additional Charges and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour,labour cess, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand )(using branded cement) to outside surface / plumbed surface of masonry, raking out joints, scrapping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooth to proper plumb and levels and providing grooves or beads where ever necessary, including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, cess, royalties, DMF, EMF, Additional Charges, scaffolding, watering. curing, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, Fitting & Fixing M.S.Door, Window Grill / M.S. Grill gate made out of MS Angle (30x30x5) mm & MS Flat (19x5) mm size confirming to IS Specification fabricating Hold Fast with MS Angle (30x30x5)mm size of 150mm length bifurcated tips at top to be fixed on walls with Cement Concrete (1:3:6) including drilling holes in walls (2 nos each side) = 4 nos & priming the Verandah grill / grill gate with red oxide primer including cost ,conveyance, taxes of all material, labour ,cess required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface with painting two coats with Weather coat paint (1st quality) exterior grade of approved make & approved shade to make an even finished surface in all floors and heights with all scaffolding and staging charges including cost, conveyance, cess, taxes of all materials, cost of all labours, T & P, sundries etc. as required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with Synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and shade on surfaces as specified below (Steel Surface) to give an even shade with 2 coats of approved quality paint, including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, cess, royalties, scaffolding. watering, curing, sundries. tools and plants, etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated materials well watered and rammed etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4)(1 cement : 4 sand ) (using branded cement)to RCC surfaces finished smooth including closed deep chiping and slury treatment., raking out joints, scrapping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooth to proper plumb and levels and providing grooves or beads where ever necessary, including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, cess, royalties, DMF, EMF, Additional Charges, scaffolding, watering. curing, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing vitrifed tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm Coloured / Printed series(Homogeneous) of approved make conforming to IS : 13755 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement: 4 course sand) (Using Branded Cement) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P, polishing, washing and acid cleaning, including cost of all materials, conveyance, royalties, DMF, EMF, Additional Charges, taxes, cess, labour, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Vitrified tiles of size 600mm x 600mm Coloured / Printed series(Homogeneous) of premium grade having thickness 8 mm to 10mm confirming to IS : 13756 in dado/skirting and rises of steps to any height in all floors, fixed with neat cement slurry, after soaking the tiles in water, over 12 mm thick cement mortar (1:3)(1 cement : 3 sand) (Using Branded Cement) mix, joint pointed with cement mixed with matching pigment to match the shade of the tiles , including washing and cleaning with oxalic acid, including cost of all materials, conveyance, royalties, DMF, EMF, Additional Charges, taxes,cess, labour, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing vetrified Industrial tiles in floors of premium grade having thickness 8mm to 10mm of size 300mm x 300mm confirming to IS 4457 with colour / printed series of approved make (JOHNSON / VARMORA /OASIS / SOMANY/ KAJARIA or equivalent) on 20mm thick bed of C.M. (1:4) including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty, DMF, EMF, Additional Charges etc. required for the work in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying of 600mm x 600mm AntiSkid Ceramic floor tiles confirming to IS : 15622 of approved make, quality and colour without any warpage laid over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including cutting to size, laying and filling the joints with white cement slurry mixed with colouring pigment to match the shade and colour, cleaning the surfaces with oxlaic acid, machine grinding, mirror polishing including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, taxes, royalties, DMF, EMF, Additional Charges, loading, unloading, sundries, watering and curing, T&P, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing and fixing porcelain glazed tiles in dado skirting on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including watering, curing,cost of all materials, conveyance of all materials to work site , payment of royalty, DMF, EMF, Additional Charges, all taxes etc all complete as per P.W.D specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge( ceramic wall tiles of premium grade having thickness 6.5mm to 6.7mm conforming to IS 13753 of size 30cmx20cm / 20cmx20cm special plain / printed series to be pre-approved by the Engineer-in-charge )

Providing, supplying, fitting, fixing of Terracotta tiles over roof slab on 20mm bed of cement mortar (1:4) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade including cost, coveyance, royalty, DMF, EMF, Additional Charges of all materials and labour T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing-Fixing of Un-plasticised poly vinyl chloride (UPVC) (FENESTA/NCL VEKA LTD.) Casenent Door-60-Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 60mm x 55mm x 2.5mm for outer frames 102mm x 60mm x 2.5mm casement Door Sash profile and 74mm x 60mm x 2.5mm mullion peofile capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 2.0 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the door sash shall be fitted with 12mm thick WPC Board of Greenply make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories like clipping locking system made of aluminium 1 No. per set of sashes and th esystem isto be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant,easy glazing/deglazing at site etc. including cost and conveyance of all material, accessories, labour charges, materials and product conforming to ASTM D 638-14,EN-447-95 and other applicable codes and standards. Supplying and fixing-Fixing of Un-plasticised poly vinyl chloride (UPVC) (NCL VEKA LTD./ FENESTA / KOMMERLING) Two Track - sliding window-60-Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 108mm x 45mm x 2.5mm for outer frames and window sash of 39mm x 58mm x 2.5mm capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.5 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the window frame sash shall be fitted with 6mm thick clear glass os SAINT-GOBAIN make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant and the system is to be installed using Reinforced large coupler at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant,easy glazing/deglazing at site etc. including cost and conveyance of all material, accessories, labour charges, materials and product conforming to ASTM D 638-14,EN-447-95 and other applicable codes and standards.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic Wall Putty (Water based ) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with,cost of all materials, taxes, cess, labour, conveyance, royalties, watering, curing, tools and plants, etc. complete, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer over the plastered surfaces with 1 coat of primer (Water bound wall cement primer) of approved quality and shade, using the required quantity of primer as specified by the manufacturer to give an even shade including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, cess, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants, etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting over the plastered surfaces with 2 coats of Plastic emulsion paint of approved quality and shade, using the required quantity of Plastic emulsion paint as specified by the manufacturer to give an even shade including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, cess, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants, etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
