Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering, ramming including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials, all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete (measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only).

Cement concrete of propertion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40mm size clean hard black cursher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level ramming watering curing centering & shuttering etc. complete including cost conveyance royalty of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded GSB Grading-IV material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.

RCC work of M-20 having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 200kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 10mm size to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips (10mm size 40% & 20mm size 60%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting lowering laying and compacting concrete with centering & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary and providing required No. of fan hooks as required including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of MS rod / Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills. Labour charges for straightening the coiled or bend up M.S. rod / HYSD bars confirming to Gr. S 240 or Fe-500, cutting bending binding lapping placing welding etc. (Confirming to ISI specification) and jointing if necessary by lapping and tying the grills and placing in position as required for RCC work as per approved design hoisting lowering and laying in position including cost conveyance & taxes of M.S. rod / tor steel (Primary Producer like-SAIL/RINL/ TATA/ JINDAL STEEL/ SHYAM STEEL) make) and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge (as approved by the deptt.) weight of over lapping, couping, welded joints, spaeer bar, chair, stage, hanger and binding wires shall not be considered for payment at all. Standard co-efficient of different size of the steel shall be considered. Welding & lapping should be confirming to relevant clause of IRC 1987 in Ground floor.

Providing and laying heavy duty factory made hudraulicaly pressed and mechanically compacted pre-cast inter locking tuff stone brand 80 mm thick coral shaped Paver blocks in flooring laying over sand layer including cost, carriage and royality of paving blocks and all materials, labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing pre-cast Kerb stone of size 300mmx300mmx150mm of M-30 grade concrete of approved make & design colour and size vmade by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction fixed in required pattern etc. complete including cost , conveyance, royality of all materials, labour and (T&P) required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer – in – Charge.

Fly Ash brick masonary using Fly Ash brick having crushing strength not less than 75kg/cm2 in cement mortar of (1:6) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in Foundation & Plinth including splays cutting circular moulding corbelling champhering and similar such type of work watering and curing including cost conveyance royalty of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.

Fly Ash brick masonary using Fly Ash brick having crushing strength not less than 75kg/cm2 in cement mortar of (1:6) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in superstructure including splays cutting circular moulding corbelling champhering and similar such type of work watering and curing including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Granite Stone Tiles in floors, treads, steps and landing slab on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles including, rubbing and polishing the surface with cost, conveyance, royality and all taxes of all materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Granite Stone Tiles in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry etc. complete including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to brick walls after racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface & finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden float only to proper plumbs & level and making necessary grooves, beads & drip course to give required ornamental finish as per drawing, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) finished smooth in RCC surface, ceiling & finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden float only to proper plumbs & level and making necessary grooves, beads & drip course to give required ornamental finish as per drawing, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing Walls with Wall Cement Primer (Water bound) of approved shade by means of brush to outside surface of walls after cleaning the surface including cost of all materials & labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.

Finishing wall surface smooth with Cement based wall putty including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting 2 coats with water proofing weather coat of approved shade by means of brush to outside surface of walls with cost, carriage of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.

Disposal of surplus soil from working area to out side of the town by mechanical carriage within 5.00 Km lead by truck including excavation, loading and unloading complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
