Reinforced cement concrete of M-30 grade in Box Cell culvert as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) of 300kg/cm2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using 12 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite chips (20 mm. size chips not to exceeds 25 % ) and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry to be mixed in concrete mixture including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and removing debrises from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P, required for the work etc. complete but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or Tor steel tying the grills and placing in proper position as directed by the Engineer in charge. Cutting, Straightening coiled or bent up M.S. rods or Tor steel (Fe-500) SAIL/TATA/JINDAL make welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills and laying in position as required for R.C.C. works and hoisting, lowering and placing in position in all floors according to approved designs and drawings including cost, conveyance, taxes of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and cost of all labour, sundries, T&P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge (payment will be made according to the actual weight of M.S. rod / Tor steel consumed in the work and no separate payment will be made towards weight of binding wires which is to be borne by the contractor at his own cost)

Back filling behind abutment in foundation trenches and plinth with coarse river sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm. in depth with all leads and lifts including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying of Filter media with stone crushed aggregates of 45 mm size satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment , wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification.

Providing, fitting and fixing in position Drainage Spout of 160mm. (6’’dia) P.V.C. rain water down pipes on roof slab in all floors at all heights with necessary bends, shoes, heads etc. including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries and T&P. etc. required for the work complete.

Providing weep holes in Brick Masonry /Plain/Reinforcement Cement Concrete in abutment & wing walls with 110mm dia PVC pipes extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing etc complete including cost of materials, labour, conveyance, T&P and taxes complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Scarifying the existing bitumenous surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarifying materials with in all initial leads and lifts to 1000 mtrs. Including cost of all labour, sundries and T&P. etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling granular pavement & disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000m and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris away from the work site with all leads including cost of all labour, sundries and T&P. etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of Kerb Stone by manual means & disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000m and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris away from the work site with all leads including cost of all labour, sundries and T&P. etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Granular Sub-base Grading-IV material as per table 400-1,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge work(4th Revision)

Providing laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant , carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibrator roller to achieve the desired density as per caluse 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for road and bridge works(4th Revision)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H specifications for road and bridge works(4th Revision)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributer at the rate of 0.20kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H specifications for road and bridge works(4th Revision)

Providing and laying 50mm thick Bituminous Macadam using crushed aggregates of Grading-II & 60/70 penetration grade bitumen premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per Clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction and as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing, laying 25mm thick Semi Dense Bitumenous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading-II, premixed with bitumenous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, lying with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, hire and running charges of machineries, sundries and T&P. etc. required for the work complete as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works (4th. Revision).

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms. Per Sqm. area (for road marking) thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. complete in all respect as per Clause 803.1, 803.2, 803.4.1, 803.4.2, 803.4.3, 803.4.4, 803.4.5, 803.4.6, 803.6 to 803.8 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge work (4th. Revision) and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
