Supplying,straightening ,cutting,fitting and placing in position coiled or bend up M.S. rod / HYSD bars confirming to grade Fe-500, (Confirming to ISI specification) and jointing if necessary by lapping and tying the grills and placing in position as required for RCC work as per approved design, hoisting, lowering and laying in position including cost conveyance & taxes of M.S. rod / tor steel (Primary Producer like- SAIL /RINL /TATA /JINDALSTEEL /SHYAM STEEL) make and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge (as approved by the deptt. as per Section - 1000 and 1600 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) & including cost of all materials,labour, T&P, etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing Reinforced cement concrete M-20 grade crash barrier at the edges of the road, approaches to bridge structures and medians, constructed with M-20 grade concrete with HYSD reinforcement conforming to IRC:21 and dowel bars 25 mm dia, 450 mm long at expansion joints filled with pre-moulded asphalt filler board, keyed to the structure on which it is built and installed as per design given in the enclosure to MOST circular No. RW/NH - 33022/1/94-DO III dated 24 June 1994 as per dimensions & as specified section 811,900,1000,1500,1600,1700 & 2300 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Medium setting bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base, including clearing road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60 Kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Medium setting bitumen emulsion on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface including cleaning with mechanical broom and spraying bitumen emulsion @ 0.20 Kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam Grading ll with hot mix plant minimum capacity of 60-90 TPH Producing an avarage out put 75tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen @3.3% of total mix, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete grading-II with minimum capacity of 60-90 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 and clause 508 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
