Plain Cement Concrete M-15 in open foundation complete with crushed stone agregate 40mm and down graded mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, all labour, scaffolding, hire and running charges of all machineries, T&P sundries etc. complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying R.C.C M-25 nominal mix as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per section 1500, 1700, 2100 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bride works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge(A) Foundation

Super Structure

Supplying HYSD (FE 415)/ (FE 500) of SAIL/TATA/JINDAL STEEL/SHYAM STEEL reinforcement of required diameter of approved quality including cutting to required length with straightening coiled or bent up HYSD bending, binding, welding and joining if necessary and tying the grills hoisting to required height and lowering, laying and placing in position as required for R.C.C. workand cost, conveyance and taxes of HYSD bars and G.I. binding wires of 1mm dia. required for the R.C.C. works and bending binding and tying the grills (payment will be made on weight of HYSD bars calculated on the basis of length used multiplied by standard co-efficient of HYSD bars only and no separate payment will be made towards weight if any due to variation of co-efficient of Tor steel rod weight any and lapping, wastage) the materials used for the work shall confirm to relevant I.S. specification and test as per specification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying filter media with stone crushed aggregates of 45 mm size satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MORTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment & wing walls to the full height compacted to a firm condition etc. complete as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of RCC railing of M30 Grade, aggregate size not exceeding 12 mm, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm, leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications.as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments using hard granite stone of 30cm and above size including cost, conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete for finished item of work as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep hole brickmasonary / Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment ,wing wall /retun wall with 100dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slop of 1V : 20 H towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification inlcuding cost, conveyance ,royalty,taxes of all materials all labour scaffolding, T&P sundries etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work M-30 grade for wearing coat having a minimum compressive strength of work 300 kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days curing after mixing using 20mm size black hard C.B granite stone chipsof approved quality including watering lowering laying concrete, compacting with vibtators curring for 28 days with smooth centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface including cost conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of labour, T&P and other macheries etc. required for the work complete but excluding cost and carriage of Tor steel and bending binding and tying the grills etc. complete as per specification & direction of the the Engineer-in-charge

Providing drainage spout including cost of all materilas, cost of labour and T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of 150mm dia Guard post including cost of all materilas, cost of labour and T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with enamale paint of approved shade to bridge works including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and T&P required for the work including cost of scaffolding ,staging charges etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Clearing and Grubbing of road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier including making good the portion from which the stumps were removed to receive sub-base, base and other courses and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness complete as per clause No 201 of specification for road & bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways ( 4th revision ) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified materials with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 meter as per clause 305.4.3(i) of MoRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works(4th Revision) complete including T&P labour, hire and running charges of all machineries T&P, sundries etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Reworking the scarifying Bituminous surface suitably after supplementing the base materials with sand and water compacting with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials T&P sundries etc complete as per clause 501.8.3.2 of MORTH&H specification for road and bridges work and direction of of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in soil by Mechanical means including cutting and frimming of sides of slopes and disposing of excavated earth with all lift and leads upto 1000 mt. all as per clause No 301 of specification for road and bridge works of ministry of road transport & highway(4th Revision and direction of the Engineer in charge

Loosening , levelling and compacting original ground supporting embankement to facilitate placement of first layer of embankement , scarified to a depth of 150 mm , mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density etc complete in all respect as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Provinding and laying Granular Sub-Base of close graded Grading-VI materials of using hard granite crusher broken material as per Table 400-2 spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc complete as per clause No. 401 and section 900 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (4th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying coarse graded Gr-IV granular Sub-Base of materials spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator OMC , and compacting with Vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MOSRT & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th. Revision)including cost of all materials , labour T&P etc complete .as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying ,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadum specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant,carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including hire & running charges of VRR with cost, conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of labour ,T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying granular sub-base in shoulders with moorum and laying in layer not exceeding 100mm thick watering and compacting to the required density in O.M.C. with 8-10 Ton capacity PRR including hire & running charges of PRR with cost, conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of labour ,T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment with approved quality Earth obtained from borrow pits with leads and lifts transporting to site, by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms, speading, grading to required slope and compacting at OMC by vibratory Roller to meet the requirement of Table - 300.2 as per clause 305 of MORT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works ( 4th Revision) complete including cost, conveyance royalities, taxes of all materials, all labours, hire and running charges of all machineries, T&P, sundries etc. complete as per pecification and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
