Cement Concrete of prop (1:4:8) using 40mm size crusher broken granite metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm (6”) thick to the required level ramming, watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalities and all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete, including dewatering if required.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12 mm hard black crusher broken granite chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete, watering and curing for four weeks with cost, conveyance and royalities of all materials with labour, T&P etc. complete as per approved specification & direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Fly Ash Brick masonry in C.M. (1:6) using 9" size in Foundation & Plinth using of 25cmx12cmx8cm size brick having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg per Sq.cm including splays, cuttings, circular moldings, watering & curing for 7 days, cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work of M-25 grade having minimum compressive strength in work test of 250 Kg/Cm2 at 28 days using 20 mm and down graded size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators watering, curing for 28 days, centring & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary in all floors including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials , cost of all labour with cost of all T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or steel & binding wires and labour charges for strengthening, cutting, bending grills and placing in proper position etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 12 mm thick C.P. with C.M. (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties and of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 6 mm thick C.P. with C.M. (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished over RCC surface after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S. grills, grill gates, M.S. gates, garage door, collapsible gates with top and bottom rails, steel windows, critical frames for windows, stair case and parapet railing made out of M.S Square bar of 10mm as per approved drawing and design with cost of all materials & T&P, sundries etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall surface with 2 (two) coats of weather seal coat of approved shade and approved make to give an even shade after scrapping old paint with scrapper, washing with soda water, priming with approved new primer including cost of all material of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall surface with 2 (two) coats of Plastic Emulsion (P.E) Paint over a coat of primer with putty including cost of all material of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats over a coat of primer with any approved Synthetic enamel paints of approved colour, shade over Iron work including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Matt finish Vitrified floor tiles 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) 1st quality of NITCO, SOMANY, ASIAN, KAJARIA or equivalent approved make, colours & shades laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4coarse sand ) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge at all floors and all heights.

Providing and fixing 20mm thick mirror polished granite stone slab, machine cut stone (sample of granite should be approved by EIC) for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, facias and similar locations where ever required in horizontal/vertical surfaces of required size of approved shade, colour and texture, with moulding edge, making gas pipe hole etc. laid over 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement: 1 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Supplying, fitting, fixing of Kota Stone in floors of 20 mm thick premium quality in all floors over 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost, conveyance of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fitting, fixing of Unplasticised Poly Cholridge UPVC casement sliding window three track two glass shutters sliding & one mesh shutter series 60 series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles 80mm x 52mm x 2.25mm for outer frame 54mm x 38mm x 2.25mm for sliding shutter frame capable of mounting single glazing system structurally reinforced with the hot dip galvanised of 50 microns of minium thichness of 1.2 mm profabicated welded through fusion welded the eindow sash shall be fitted with 5 mm thick clear coat glass of reputed make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant and accessories for casement window friction stay hinges of stainless steel grade 304.2 Nos. per sash, handle with mazak alloy casting 1 No per sash, multipoint locking system suitably concealed 1 No. per sadh provied with raiser vedges for smooth operation and the system is to be installed of the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant easy glazing / deglazing at site etc. complete, including all fitting, cost & conveyance of all the materials, accessories, labour charges for transportation, errection at site with templates for casement sizing complete for finished item of work and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fitting, fixing of un-plasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) (FENESTA / NCL VEKA Ltd) Ventilator / Top Hung - 60 Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 60mmx55mmx2.5 mm for outer frames, 75mmx60mmx2.5mm for casement Window Sash Profile capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanished upto 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.5mm prefebricated and welded through fusion welding the window sash shall be fitted with 6 mm thick clear toughened glass of SAINT - GOBAIN make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories like clipping locking system made of aluminum 1 No per set or sashed and the system is to be installed at the site using Reinforced Large Coupler at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing / deglazing at site etc, including cost and consveyance of all materials accessories labour charges, materialsn and product conforming to ASTM D 638-14, EN-477-95 and other applicable codes and standards as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

40mm thick Grading Concrete over roof slab with cement concrete (1:2:4) using 6mm downgraded size black hard granite crusher broken chips and screened & washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of slab including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Ceramic Glazed Tile in Dado of treads on steps and landing of Kajaria / Regency / Jonson / NITCO on 12mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost, conveyance of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Mangalore Tile in slope roof on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost, conveyance of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
