Cleaning of exposed concrete surface of sticking material including loose and foreign material by sand blasting with coarse sand followed by and including cleaning with oil free air blast as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying of anticorrosive treatment to exposed structural reinforcement by two coats of IPNET RB or equivalent with time interval of minimum 8 -10 hours between each coat after the application of two coats of alkaline rust converting primer. The application shall be done by brush or spray after cleaning existing reinforcement with wire / rotary wire brush to make the surfaces free from loose material, dirt, traces of corrosion etc. and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry inclusive of all labour, materials, equipment etc. complete in all respect as per specifications and instructions of Engineer in Charge.

Providing, mixing and applying epoxy bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Guniting concrete surface with cement mortar applied with compressor after cleaning surface & spraying with epoxy etc complete as per Technical specification including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc. as directed by Engineer- in-Charge. Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2). 50 mm thickness 3 layer

Dismantling of Prestressed / Reinforced cement concrete grade M-20 & above including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Dismantling of cement concrete Grade M-15 & M-20 including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

PCC M-15 Grade in foundation bed with formwork of structure & CD work using 40 to 10mm size crushed stone aggregates mixed by Batching Plant, laying in layers and compacting including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Section 1500, 1700 & 2100 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and direction of Engineer in charge.

RCC M-30 grade in Approach slab excluding cost of steel reinforcement & formwork using 20 to 10mm size crushed stone aggregates mixed, laying in layers and compacting including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Section 1500, 1600, 2300 & Clause- 2704 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying,straightening ,cutting,fitting and placing in position coiled or bend up M.S. rod / HYSD bars confirming to grade Fe-500, (Confirming to ISI specification) and jointing if necessary by lapping and tying the grills and placing in position as required for RCC work as per approved design, hoisting, lowering and laying in position including cost conveyance & taxes of M.S. rod / tor steel (Primary Producer like- SAIL /RINL /TATA /JINDALSTEEL /SHYAM STEEL) make and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge (as approved by the deptt. as per Section - 1000 and 1600 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) & including cost of all materials,labour, T&P, etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (weight of over lapping, couping, welded joints, spaeer bar, chair, stage, hanger and binding wires shall not be considered for payment at all. Standard co-efficient of different size of the steel shall be considered. Welding & lapping should be confirming to relevant clause of IRC 1987 in all heights)

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering at all heights including welding and bolting , cost, conveyance, royalty and all other taxes of all materials and cost of scaffolding gangway etc. including cost of conveyance of dismantling and deposing debris clear of work site complete to receive reinforcement grills and concrete as per requirement as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of 20mm compressible board in expansion joint for horizontal movement, complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions for installation complete work as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and direction of Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing Drainage spout as per approved drawing and technical specifications including cost of all labour, materials,T&P required for the work etc. complete asper section 2705 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge work (latest revision) and direction of Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degress to base .The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying anti Carbonation Coating for Concrete Surface, Resetting of Stone Pitching and other Non structural milsanious work etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and inserting steel nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and injecting Epoxy Injection grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete / masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The Payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected)

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Clause 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works Latest Revision & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and placing high strength, non shrink pre-packed free flow micro concrete having compressive strength of 60 MPa at 28 days (compressive strength of one day should not be less than 25 MPa) as per specifications. The micro concrete mix shall be prepared by mixing non shrink pre-packed free flow micro concrete powder with well graded cleaned crushed, aggregate 10mm & down (aggregate should be less than 10mm but retained on 3.36mm) in proportion of 2:1 (Two part prepack micro concrete powder : one part stone aggregate) by weight for repairing excessively damaged area of structural elements excluding reinforcement but including scaffolding, curing inclusive of all labour, materials, equipment etc. complete as per specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2mm nominal size @ 0.005cum per 10sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 100 degree centigrade,protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface all complete as per Clause 515 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th. Revision)etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete grading-II with minimum capacity of 60-90 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 and clause 508 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads@250gms per sqm area , thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. for finished item of work as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 803 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge work (Latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Proving and Laying Liquied applied Memberance shall be made of Polyurethen, Acralic, Polyuria,Polister or Other Polimer deribatives over the Bridge Deck wth Cleaning of surface, Application and Complete work as per Standard Specification by the Manufacturer/Supplier etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause No. 801.3 of specifications for road and bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (Latest Revision) fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm , firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-25 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (90 cm Equilateral traingle)

Grouting approns & revetment 23cm deep with Cement concrete (1:4:8) with 25 mm crusher broken granite metal (per Sqm) etc complete work as per drawing/engineer in charge

Providing Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments and stone pitching in slopes and boulder approns etc with hard granite stone of size 30 cm and above as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, 1000 and 2500 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
