Fly Ash brick masonary using Fly Ash brick having crushing strength not less than 75kg/cm2 in cement mortar of (1:6) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in Foundation & Plinth including splays cutting circular moulding corbelling champhering and similar such type of work watering and curing including cost conveyance royalty of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.

RCC work of M-20 in column, beams, roof slab,Sloped Roof Slab,Stair Case, lintel and chajja, fins, shelves and floors slab in all floors having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 200kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 10mm size to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips (10mm size 40% & 20mm size 60%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting lowering laying and compacting concrete with centering & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary and providing required No. of fan hooks as required including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of MS rod / Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills.(In all Floors)

Labour charges for straightening the coiled or bend up M.S. rod / HYSD bars confirming to Gr. S 240 or Fe-500, cutting bending binding lapping placing welding etc. (Confirming to ISI specification) and jointing if necessary by lapping and tying the grills and placing in position as required for RCC work as per approved design hoisting lowering and laying in position including cost conveyance & taxes of M.S. rod / tor steel (Primary Producer like-SAIL/RINL/ TATA/ JINDAL STEEL/ SHYAM STEEL) make) and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge (as approved by the deptt.) weight of over lapping, couping, welded joints, spaeer bar, chair, stage, hanger and binding wires shall not be considered for payment at all. Standard co-efficient of different size of the steel shall be considered. Welding & lapping should be confirming to relevant clause of IRC 1987 in Ground floor.

Providing 2.5 cm thick Grading concrete (1:2:2) (1 cement:2sand:2 chips) on roof slab including cost , conveyance, royality of all materials, labour and (T&P) required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer – in – Charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing in all floor W. I. grills, grill gates, M. S. gates with top and bottom rails, steel window, crital frames for windows stair case and parapet railing as per approved drawing and design including making holes in walls and R.C.C. structure, wood works etc. and making good the damages to walls with (1:2:4) with black hard crusher broken granite chips of 12mm size complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge. (Window Grills)

Providing fitting, fixing of Al. door with OEL anodized Aluminium section of 9202 as vertical member, 9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom and middle member and 5 mm plain glass in top portion with 12mm thick pre-laminated board in bottom portion fixed on door frame by means of tapered clip No. 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle No. 1855 including cost of labour, T&P, hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing 12mm thick Novapan Board

Supplying, fitting, fixing up window (sliding type) made up aluminum Section 9778, as windows frame section No. 4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Supplying, fitting, fixing of Vitrified Tiles (600mmx600mm) in floors, treads, steps and landing slab on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles including, rubbing and polishing the surface with cost, conveyance, royality and all taxes of all materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Fixed Ventilators of approved make to be fabricated from aluminium sections and the sizes of outer frame being of 46x52 mm and with all vertical and horizontal mullions are of 46x70 mm and fixed beadings are of 18x25 mm. Accessories / gaskets are to be used as per the manufacturer’s supply and specification like handle being made of high grade aluminium powder coated and with nylon receiver and gasket will be made of EPDM. All corner brackets are to be made of CRCA with zinc phosphating. The mullion caps and louvered-clips should be of glass filled nylon. The sections are to be cut to length ,mitre joined with corner bracket and frames are fixed to the concrete/masonry walls by means of self expanding screws and glass to be used of 5 mm reflective including cost of materials labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Providing 16mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to brick walls after racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface & finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden float only to proper plumbs & level and making necessary grooves, beads & drip course to give required ornamental finish as per drawing, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to brick walls after racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface & finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden float only to proper plumbs & level and making necessary grooves, beads & drip course to give required ornamental finish as per drawing, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) finished smooth in RCC surface, ceiling & finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden float only to proper plumbs & level and making necessary grooves, beads & drip course to give required ornamental finish as per drawing, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing Walls with Cement Primer of approved shade by means of brush to outside surface of walls after cleaning the surface including cost of all materials & labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.

Finishing wall surface smooth with acrylic wall putty (Water Based) including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the E-I-C.

Painting 2 coats with water proofing weather coat of approved shade by means of brush to outside surface of walls with cost, carriage of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.

Painting 2 coats with Plastic Emulsion paints of approved shade by means of brush to inside surface of walls after cleaning the surface including cost of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer to wood/iron work including cleaning the surface with sand papering and using paints of approved quality and approved shade including cost conveyance of all materials labour T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Filling Foundation and Plinth with excavated materials in layers not exceeding 30cm in depth including watering & ramming etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
