Supply and fixing of 9mtr high Octagonal GI pu painted pole shall be designed to withstand the maximum wind speed as per IS 875. The top loading i.e. area and the weight of fixtures are to be considered to calculate maximum deflection of the pole and the same shall meet the requirement of BSEN 40-3-3:2003. Octagonal Poles made from HT Steel Conforming to grade S355 & having thicknessof 3mm.Top dia 70mm & Bottom dia 175mm single sharp welding with base plate dimension 275x275x16 mm & Base Plate must be Fe 410 conforming to IS 2062, foundation bolts must EN 8 grade & bolts size must be 4X24mm dia,PCD 275mm,Bolt length 750mm long.The door opening of the pole should be reinforced,water proofed & with locking arrangement & arrangement of in build junction box with 2nos 6Amp MCB (mcbs make should be Siemens-BETAGUARD/schneider-ACTI9/Legrand-dx3 /Eq. ) & terminal box with provision for connection of earth & neutral on 5mm thick fiber plate which will be kept in side the pole for termination of cable & wire,The pole shaft shall have octagonal cross section and shall be continuously tapered with single longitudinal welding. There shall not be any circumferential welding. The welding of pole shaft shall be done by Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) process The poles shall be hot dip galvanized in single dipping as per BS EN ISO 1461 standards with avarage coating thickness of 70 Micron. Pole should have the clamp holding arrangement at 5mtrs height for fixing decorative single arm design bracket. ( Make- Bajaj/LYSAGHT/ VALMONT/RR ISPAT/Utkarsh/ Equivalent . Design is specially as per drawing as per direction of Engineer in charge.

INBUILT internal 4kV SPD and 10 kV external SURGE PROTECTION DEVICE (Make-Bajaj / Phillips/Havells/Crompton/Panasonic/Wipro or equivalent) and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
