Fly Ash Brick masonry using Fly Ash Bricks (25cmX12cmX8cm) having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/sqcm with dimensional tolerance +2% in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in SUPERSTRUCTURES in all floors including splays, cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, champhering and similar such type of works, scaffolding, watering, curing, including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) in all floors finished smooth to out side smooth surface of brick walls after racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface & finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden float only to proper plumbs & level and making necessary grooves, beads & drip course to give required ornamental finish as per drawing, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of Aluminium Composite Panel of durability make coated with Poly Vynile Dense Flouride (PVDF) resin cold coating on top and anti-corossive primer on the back aluminium panel of 4mm thick Poly vynile 1 core of 3mm & 0.5mm aluminium on both side to be fixed on levelled sub frame to be fabricated from anodised aluminium box section of 59X25X1.5mm thick to be pre-fixed on the wall / column with the help of surface mounted type on Norton make (V2890) of 1.3X12mm on the back of aluminium composite panels at all peripheral and at 750mm spacing centre to centre horizontally and vertically the aluminium composite panel to be fixed with a gap of 5mm at all vertical / horizontal line gap tobe filled up with natural cure silicone sealants of G.E. Silicone make (Winsil 20Xlear/Black) with all leads and lifts with dressing & levelling including cost, conveyances, cost of labour etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fitting & fixing of aluminium sliding window fully glazed shutter made out of aluminium frame of approved quality made of Section No.9778, 4095, 4096, 9777, 3994 as window frame section of ISI mark inserted with 5mm thick black glass of approved quality & colour including all hardware fittings, cost of all Labour, T&P, cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fitting & fixing of Aluminium door with O.E.L. anodized Al. door section of 9202 as vertical member, 9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom & middle member and 6mm plain glass in top portion with 12mm thick pre-laminated board in bottom portion fixed on door frame by means of tapered clip No.4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle No.1855 including all cost of labour, T&P, hire charges of drilling machine, cost of all materials, cost of all fixtures etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fitting & fixing of false ceiling with aluminium anodized ‘T’ section No.3215 with 2’-0” centre to centre, L section No.1705 up to 15microns on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C. plug and the aluminium grid 2’-0”X2’-0” suspended from ceiling inserted with 9mm thick Pre-laminated NOVAPAN board of approved quality & colour, suspended with G.I. wires including cost of all labour, T&P, cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials etc. complete .

Painting two coats with fungal resistance weather seal coat of approved shade over a coat of primer by means of brush to out side surface of walls after cleaning the surface including watering, curing etc complete in all floors including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labours, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with approved synthetic enamel paints of approved colour, shade to wood & iron work including cost, conveyances, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.
