Super-Structure

R.C.C. M-20 having a minimum compressive strength(in work test) 200 Kg/cm.2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 20mm & down graded size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 28days centering, shuttering, finishing the exposed surfacs inculding ceiling, smooth, providing grooves beads where necessary and providing, required No of fan Hooks as directed including, cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost, of all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of M.S.Rods or Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending, binding and tying grills etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Cutting, straightening coiled or bent up M.S. Rod or tor steel of SAIL / Tiscon or equavalent make (grade Fe-500D) including bending, binding, welding and joining if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. Work and for providing fan hooks as required, hoisting, lowering, laying including cost, conveyances, taxes of M.S. Rod or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors (payment will be made on standard weight of B.I.S. for M.S. Rods or tor steel only) etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,fixing Vertified tiles in floors of size (600x600) mm treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1cement : 1sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of tiles etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Ceramic tiles in dados, skirtings and risers of steps on 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement washing one coat with cement over new plaster surface including cost of cement with all cost, conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work including 1 % CESS etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coats to wall with approved distemper of approved shade including cost, conveyance & taxes of all material, labour etc complete including 1% cess etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with weather coat of approved shade on new work two coat over acoat of primer to give an even shade including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc required for the work complete. including 1 % cess. etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cement concrete(1:2:4) having a minimum compressive strength(in work test) 150 Kg/cm.2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 12mm to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 28days etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing , fitting & fixing Steel Angle Iron doors & windows frame with M.S grill manufactured from standard rolled steel angle section 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm cornered of the frame duly metered and electrically welded with fish tail hold fasts made out of M.S flats of size 200 mm X 50 mm X 30 mm wide & 5 mm thick at the rate of 4 nos per frame with M.S hinges of size 75 mm & 14 SWG thick at the rate of 3 nos for each single leaf shutter tower bolt ring & M.S Grills made out of 19 mm x 5 mm flat properly welded to the window frame with one coat of anti corrosive red oxide zinc chrome primere etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for fitting and fixing of M.S. grill door, window as per approved design etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with approved paint over a coat of primer of any approved shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, all labour and T&P required for the work including the cost of primer all other materials etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
