Providing 37.5mm thick built up spray grout including labour for scraping cleaning the road surface and applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen for 10sqm and laying 37.5mm thick built up grout in one layers and using 0.45cum of size (varying as per sieve analysis) from 25mm to 40mm hard granite metal and 12.00 kg of bitumen of 10 sqm in each layer including tack coat with 0.12cum of 12mm size hard granite chips for 10 sqm including conveying the bitumen from stacking yard and feeding into tar boulder and heating to required temperature and pouring over the road surface as tack coat and conveying metal and chips from stacks spreading over the road surface and rolling with PRR after the finishing the surface with key stones to proper camber and grade including the hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries, T&P and labour required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge in all respect including basic cost, conveyance, royalties, of all materials etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen 60/70 using emulsion pressure distributor @0.20 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including basic cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P. requried for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge

Porvoding and laying 25mm thick Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant 60-90 TPH using crushed aggregates of Grading II premixed with bituminous binder 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including basic cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P. required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per specification &direction of Engineer-in-charge
