Construction of Granular sub-base by providing Grading-VI material as per table 400-2, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision)

Providing Wet Mix Macadam using crushed stone aggregates as per approved drawing and technical specification as per clause 406, section 900 and all relevant sections/ clauses of the MoRT&H Speification for road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including all cost i.e cost of all matericals,all labour, all T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Providing & applying tack coat with rapid setting (RS-1) Bitumen Emulsion on prepared surface including cleaning of road surface and spraying tack coat @ 0.20 K.g / Sqm using mechanical means as per Cluse No. 501, 503 and Section 900 and all relevant sections/ clauses of the Mort&h specification for road and bridgeworks of Ministry of Road Transfport& Highway (5th Revision) & Including all cost i.e cost of all materials, all labour, all T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Providing and laying compacted Semi Dense Bitminous Concrete using VG-30 grade Bitumen and crusher broken hard granite aggregates of specified grading premixed with bitumenous binder @ 5 percent of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade and level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeld vibratory and tandom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per section 500, 900 and all relevant sections/ clauses of the Mort&h specification for road and bridgeworks of Ministry of Road Transfport& Highway (5th Revision) & Including all cost i.e cost of all materials, all labour, all T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Providing compacted shoulder with granular materials by using moorum of approved quality, watering and compacting the required density in OMC with VRR as per approved drawing and technicial specification as per Section 900 and 400 and all relevant sections/ clauses of the Mort&h specification for road and bridgeworks of Ministry of Road Transfport& Highway (5th Revision) & Including all cost i.e cost of all materials, all labour, all T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 20 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

ROAD SAFETY MEASURES Road marking with Hot applied thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising Glass beads on bituminous surface by providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including Reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm.is exclusive of surface applied glass beads The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes as per IRC: 35 and Including all cost i.e cost of all materials, all labour, all T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Providing retro-reflectorised cautionary, Mandatory and Informatory sign boards as per IRC. 67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause no. 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 x 75mm x 6mm size as per approved drawing as per clause no.801.08 of MoRT&H specification and Including all cost i.e cost of all materials, all labour, all T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing & Including all cost i.e cost of all materials, all labour, all T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Supplying and fixing 15cm dia 1.00m long guard posts of RCC (1:2:4) using 7.5Kg of steel for each guard post with 12mm size black hard granite stone chips including cost of all reinforcement and materials centering shuttering and watering carrying etc complete. including fixing by excavation 0.45 x 0.45 x 0.45 and making base by using CC 1:3:6 as per Section1500,1600, 1700 & all relevant sections/ clauses of Mort&h specification for road and bridgeworks of Ministry of Road Transfport& Highway (5th Revision) & Including all cost i.e cost of all materials, all labour, all T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Type - A, "W" : Metal Beam Crash Barrier (Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per section 800 clause 811.3 and all relevant sections, clause of the MORT&H specification(5th Revision) etc complete in all respect & Including all cost i.e cost of all materials, all labour, all T&P required for the purpose including fitting and fixing in position and as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Drain, Protection Works Earth work in excavation for Drain and Retaining Wall in all kind of soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 Cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers as per drawing and techinical specification including setting out dressing of section to correct line level grade & camber and loading into tippers transporting to embankment site within all lifts and lead upto 1000 mtr and utilising the surplus earth locally for road work whenevre required, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required complete Including all cost i.e cost of all materials, all labour, all T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect as per section 300 & all relevant sections/ clauses of Specification for road & bridge work of MoRT &H (5th Revision) & direction of Engineer in charge(.Road Proper)

Plain cement concrete M-15 in foundation including centering and shuttering with crushed stone aggregates 20mm size and mixed , placed in foundation and compacted as per section 900, 1500, 1700, 2100, 2900 and all relevant sections/ clauses of the Mort&h specification for road and bridgeworks of Ministry of Road Transfport& Highway (5th Revision) & Including all cost i.e cost of all materials, all labour, all T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M-20 compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days as per Section 900, 1500,1700,2100 & all relevant sections/ clauses of MORT&H specifcation and cost, conveyance of all materials, royalities with all labour, all T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S Rod or TOR steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending ,bindind and tying the grills and placing in proper position and as per specification and direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Providing laying of filter media with granular materials/ stone crushed aggregates of 45mm size or as satisfying the requirements laid down in section 900 and 2500 of MoRT&H specification to a thickness not less than 600mm with small size towards the soil and bigger towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment wing walls return walls to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification & Including all cost i.e cost of all materials, all labour, all T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.
