RCC M-20 using black hard granite crusher broken chips of 10mm to 20mm size (10mm 40% and 20mm 60% ) of approaved quality from approved quarry to achieve the minimum compressive strength of 200kg/cm2 250kg/cm2, 3.00 kg/cm2 of 150mm size cubes on 28 days test confirming to codal provision including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting in vibrators and watering for 28 days including centering shuttering from works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves where necessary including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials with all leads and lifts and cost of all labour T&P mechineries required for the work de-watering if necessary compalete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge including dismantling the centering and shuttering but excluding cost conveaynce of MS rod or tor steel & bind wire and labour charges for strengthening cutting beinding binding wilding and tying the grills etc hoisting and placing in positing (to be paid separetely for RCC work)A. Providing 6mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) finished smooth in ceiling & finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden float only to proper plumbs & level and making necessary grooves, beads & drip course to give required ornamental finish as per drawing, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Priming one coat with wall primer including cost, conveyance, taxes, cost of all labour as per direction and specification of Engineer in charge

Painting two coats with approved synthetic enamel paints to M.S. window and verendah grill over wahs in sand paper or iron paper received to paints smoothly including cost, conveyance, taxes, cost of all labour as per direction and specification of Engineer in charge

2.5cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) using 6mm thick crusher broken hard granite chips with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge
