Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 160 KVA 3 Phase DG set having 7117 cc engine capacity, rated engine power (kWm) 100% of the required powered at STP, liquid cooled type of engine cooling, electronic type governor, 6 nos. of cylinders, 4 nos. of strokes, 1500 RPM, HSD fuel type technology, overload capacity of 10% in excess of rated KVA for a period of one hour in any period of 12 hrs. continuous running, 200-265 specific fuel consuption , 12 V starting voltage, turbo charged engine, direct injection fuel system, CRDi fuel system, class of governer A2 or better, 15 % as maximum change of speed as a percentage of rated speed on suddenly taking-off the rated load (transient), 15 sec as maximum recovery time in seconds on suddenly taking-off the rated load (Transient), AC generator (alternator) make- CG/LS/STAMFORD/KOEL GREEN or reputed make , 415 Volt alternator Voltage rating, 160 KVA rating of AC generator,0.8 power factor, efficiency at rated power factor at 75% of full load should be 93.1 % or more, conforming to IS:13364(Part-2) latest(above 20KVA) CPCB IV+ emission norms,, brushless type of alternator, VG3 Voltage regulation grade, IP 23 Alternator IP rating, H class of insulation, AMF control panel inside the canopy with IP 53 rating for panel and voltmeter, ammeter, frequency meter, power factor meter, multifunctional digital display meter showing engine speed, lube oil pressure, coolant/cylinder head temperature, engine running hrs. etc as required also audio alarm for low lube oil pressure, high water/coolant/cylinder head temperature, low fuel level, over speed, acoustic enclosure of 1.6 mm sheet thickness, 50 mm thickness of insulation, 75 db noise level at 1 meter, 300 ltr. fuel tank capacity sufficient for 8 hrs. of running at full load, 1 no. of 150 Ah battery capacity with supply of Al. aromoured cable of 300 sqmm. or as required upto 60 mtrs. length including 4 nos. of G.I./Copper earthings ( 2nos. of copper plate earthing for neutral and 2 nos. of G.I. earthing for body) with complete construction of earth pit and removable covers complete in all respect as direction of engineer in charge with a warranty on complete power generator/DG set for a period of 24 months from the date of handing over after due clearance from electrical inspector and other Govt. guidelines as necessary, warranty in running hours 5000 hrs.
