Supplying, fitting and fixing of 375mm wide and 375mm high Sit Out with cussion made out of 19mm thick BWR plywood finished with 4mm thick natural wood veneer of approved make and shade with melamine polish (PU glossy polish) including cost of all materials, cost of labour, conveyance, taxes, hardware fittings, etc. all complete.

Dismantling and removing brick or stone masonry in Cement mortar or lime including stacking the useful materials for re-use and removing the debris within 50m lead etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and removing old damaged tile flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead with all labour T&P etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing-Fixing of Un-plasticised poly vinyl chloride (UPVC) (FENESTA/NCL VEKA LTD.) Casenent Toilet Door-60-Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 60mm x 55mm x 2.5mm for outer frames 102mm x 60mm x 2.5mm casement Door Sash profile and 74mm x 60mm x 2.5mm mullion peofile capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 2.0 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the door sash shall be fitted with 12mm thick WPC Board of Greenply make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories like clipping locking system made of aluminium 1 No. per set of sashes and th esystem isto be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant,easy glazing/deglazing at site etc. including cost and conveyance of all material, accessories, labour charges, materials and product conforming to ASTM D 638-14,EN-447-95 and other applicable codes and standards. Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) (Using Branded Cement) in foundation & plinth using Fly Ash bricks of 25x12x 8 cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg./sqcm with dimensional tolerance ± 2% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water at least for six hours before use including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour,labour cess and T & P required for the work complete in all respect as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand )(using branded cement) to outside surface / plumbed surface of masonry, raking out joints, scrapping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooth to proper plumb and levels and providing grooves or beads where ever necessary, including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, cess, royalties, scaffolding, watering. curing, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing vitrifed tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm Coloured of approved make conforming to IS : 13755 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement: 4 course sand) (Using Branded Cement) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P, polishing, washing and acid cleaning, including cost of all materials, conveyance, royalties, DMF, EMF, Additional Charges, taxes, cess, labour, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Vitrified tiles of size 600mm x 600mm Coloured / Printed series(Homogeneous) of premium grade having thickness 8 mm to 10mm confirming to IS : 13756 in dado/skirting and rises of steps to any height in all floors, fixed with neat cement slurry, after soaking the tiles in water, over 12 mm thick cement mortar (1:3)(1 cement : 3 sand) (Using Branded Cement) mix, joint pointed with cement mixed with matching pigment to match the shade of the tiles , including washing and cleaning with oxalic acid, including cost of all materials, conveyance, royalties, DMF, EMF, Additional Charges, taxes,cess, labour, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size(24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’, bottom exposed with 24 mm of all Tsections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with Synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and shade over a coat of primer (Red Oxide Primer) on surfaces as specified below (Steel Surface) to give an even shade with 2 coats of approved quality paint, including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, cess, royalties, scaffolding. watering, curing, sundries. tools and plants, etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting over the plastered surfaces with 2 coats of Plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer of approved quality and shade, using the required quantity of Plastic emulsion paint as specified by the manufacturer to give an even shade including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, cess, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants, etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
