Removal of old tarfelt from roof slab and removing the debris away from work site within 50M lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and applying sikadur combiflex (200mm x 2mm) of sika product for joint and crack of expansion joints with sikadur 31c epoxy addessive over a cleaned free from oil, grease, surface including cost, conveyance of all materials and labours, T&P all labour etc. complete for direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & installation of wall paneling of Anutone slats surco high density fiberboard made out of pure pinewood particles , Fire Resistance - Pink in colour core with Fire Resistance BS 476 part 5 , BS 476 part 6 , BS 476 part 7 ISO 1182 ASTM E662 Smoke Density - Melamine laminated finish, perforated wooden grooved HDF slats L16-2 (2 mm grooves @ 8 mm centers),tongue-groove edge for a seamless look of lineal dimension size 128 mm x 2440 mm x 16 mm thick having density 700 Kg /m3, weight -9 Kgs/m2 with back fleecs from soundtex Germany nonwoven acoustic to be pasted on slats surco is to be installed by using GI strut system. The technical parameters are as follows Core Variants - Fiberboard, Climate (OC RH) – 50, 70 Light reflectance – 75%,Green (RC %) – 25, Hygiene (VoC, Clean room) – Low, Class 1,Strength, Load capacity (Kg) - Anti sag, Ball-Impact. The concealed wall paneling system shall include GI Wall channel (WC25) having thickness 0.45mm, length 3600mm, unequal flanges of 15 & 20mm and web of 25mm should be fixed along the perimeters of the wall with nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at every 300mm centers. Then fixed Main channels (MC45) having thickness 0.9mm, length 3600mm, equal flanges of 15mm and web 45mm from the side wall & fixed at every 1200mm centers with GI cross channel(CC25) having thickness 0.45mm, length 3600mm, knurled web 35mm, depth of 25mm and equal flanges 9.5mm is fastened to the Main channel in the direction perpendicular to the Main Channel at every 600mm centers. The framework will maintain 50 / 75 mm gap from the walls. Now clad the wooden slats surco on the CC 18 with the help of center & edge clips to get better locking of slats. The tongue & groove are to be properly aligned to get flush look . Synth poly fiber PF 5 x 50 wool of 500 gsm to be filled between the horizontal & vertical studs as in filler with the help of wire / stick 7 adhesive. Test certificate of the use products shall be submitted after procurement of materials

Supplying, fitting and fixing of grid mineral fiber ceiling board having size 600mm X 600mm X 16mm of approved design and quality complete with frame and all fitting and fixure including cost, conveyance of all materials and labours, T&P all labour etc. complete for direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and painting with two coats of Weather Coat of approved quality, make and shade to give an even surface including the cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, scaffolding, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(F.F.)

Supply and fixing of Un-plasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) sliding windows of FENESTA / NCL or equivalent three track - only two glass shutters sliding duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 108mm x 45mm x 2.5mm or equivalent for outer frames, 58mm x 39mm x 2.5mm or equivalent for sliding shutter frames capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanized up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.5mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the window sash shall be fitted with 6mm thick clear toughened glass of SAINT-GOBAIN or reputed make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories like clipping locking system made of aluminium 1 no., per set of sashes and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing / deglazing at site with 10 years manufactures warranty for discoloration, wraping, mechanical failures, shrinkages, rotting, corrosion etc. with a quality certificate from relevant department of Govt. of India, including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges for transportation, erection at site with templates for casement sizing complete for finished item of work (structural requirements profiles are to be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work before fabrication of the shutter) as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, make and shade on Iron / Wood Works over one coat of primer including the cost of sand papering, surface polishing, cost of all materials, cost of labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, scaffolding, T&P, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Supplying, fitting and fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90 mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc.as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of structural steel work using GI sections such as GI angle, flat, channel, square bar, plate, etc. including cutting, bending, welding, hoisting and fixing in position including cost, conveyance,taxes of materials, laboutr, T&P, etc. complete.

4cm thick grading concrete (1:2:4) on roof slab with 12mm & down grade size black hard granite chips for old work with chicken wire mesh etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour, cess and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect. (2nd Floor)

Supplying, fitting and fixing of G.I. doors/windows/grill gate made out of G.I. square bars, angle, channel, flat, plate, etc painted with red oxide primer cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, T&P, etc. all complete.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including moorum, stony earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P and dewatering if required for the works etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand well including watered and rammed with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of sand with labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (1 ½”) size clean hard black crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm. (6”) thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour, cess and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.

R.C.C.M-20 Grade in work using 40mm to 10mm size crushed stone aggregates mixed by concrete mixer, laying in layers and compacting by vibrator & all leads and lifts including frame works etc as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications.

Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design color and and filling the joints with sand on the prepared surface including cost of all charges etc. complete.
