Providing fitting and fixing of vitrified floor tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 10mm (Plain Ivory) approved make & colour laid over 20mm thick cement mortar bed of prop.(1:4) to proper slope & level joined with neat cement slurry with approved colour pigment to match the colour of tiles including watering and curing, cost of all labour, T&P, cost, conveyance and royalty, taxes of all materials etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of False ceiling made up G.I. angle and channels section grid of size 2'X2' to 2'X2' as per requirement using G.I. Section 40mmX15mmX0.4mm @2'-0" C/C bothway G.I. perimeter channel 45mmX30mmX0.5mm @3'-0" C/C bothway and G.I. hanger section 25mmX20mmX0.20mm @3'-0" C/C bothway and design with 8mm thick Calcium Sylicate board having water proof, fire proof of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, scaffolding charges as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fitting & fixing of Gypsum Board Suspended ceiling made out of G.I channel frame of approved quality of ISI mark and approved thickness with G.I Angle at border and G.I “T” of size 1”x11/2”, fixing 2’-0” centre to centre inserted with Gypsum board of approved quality , suspended with G.I. wires including cost of all labour, T&P, cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials etc. complete .

Providing, fixing of 120minutes of metal fire rated doors as per IS:3614 part-2:1992 for stability and integrity. Pressed Galvanised steel confirming to IS:277 specification. Door tested and approved ARAI (Automative Research Association of India, Pune) for maximum rating of 2hrs. Door frame shall be Double rebate profile of size 139 X 57mm made out of 1.20mm minimum thick galvanised steel sheet depends on single and double leaf door. There should be bottom membrane in the frame for proper alignment. Provision should be kept for grouting with cement and sand slurry necessary for fire doors on the clear masonry opening. Door leaf should be 43mm thick fully flush double skin door. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 0.8mm thick galvanised steel sheet depends on single or double leaf door. The internal construction of the door should be rigit reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors shall be factory prepared for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers, painting system will be powder coating finished including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of labour with T&P requried for the work etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
