Fly Ash brick masonary using Fly Ash brick having crushing strength not less than 75kg/cm2 in cement mortar of (1:6) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in Foundation & Plinth including splays cutting circular moulding corbelling champhering and similar such type of work watering and curing including cost conveyance royalty of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.

RCC work of M-20 in column, beams, roof slab,Sloped Roof Slab,Stair Case, lintel and chajja, fins, shelves and floors slab in all floors having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 200kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 10mm size to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips (10mm size 40% & 20mm size 60%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting lowering laying and compacting concrete with centering & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary and providing required No. of fan hooks as required including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of MS rod / Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills.(In all Floors)

Labour charges for straightening the coiled or bend up M.S. rod / HYSD bars confirming to Gr. S 240 or Fe-500, cutting bending binding lapping placing welding etc. (Confirming to ISI specification) and jointing if necessary by lapping and tying the grills and placing in position as required for RCC work as per approved design hoisting lowering and laying in position including cost conveyance & taxes of M.S. rod / tor steel (Primary Producer like-SAIL/RINL/ TATA/ JINDAL STEEL/ SHYAM STEEL) make) and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge (as approved by the deptt.) weight of over lapping, couping, welded joints, spaeer bar, chair, stage, hanger and binding wires shall not be considered for payment at all. Standard co-efficient of different size of the steel shall be considered. Welding & lapping should be confirming to relevant clause of IRC 1987

Fly Ash Brick masonary in C.M.(1:6) using Fly Ash .Bricks of size 25cm.x12xm.x 8 m. having crushing strength not less than 75 kgs./cm2 after immrersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in Superstructure including splays cutting, circular moulding corbelling, champhering and similar such type of works with watering and curing etc .including cost, conveyance, royalities and & testing of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to brick walls after racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface & finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden float only to proper plumbs & level and making necessary grooves, beads & drip course to give required ornamental finish as per drawing, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to brick walls after racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface & finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden float only to proper plumbs & level and making necessary grooves, beads & drip course to give required ornamental finish as per drawing, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) finished smooth in RCC surface, ceiling & finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden float only to proper plumbs & level and making necessary grooves, beads & drip course to give required ornamental finish as per drawing, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.

Painting 2 coats with water proofing weather coat of approved shade over a coat of wall primer by means of brush to outside surface of walls with cost, carriage of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.

Painting 2 coats with Distemper of approved shade over a coat of wall primer by means of brush to outside surface of walls with cost, carriage of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint to wood/iron work including cleaning the surface with sand papering and using paints of approved quality and approved shade including cost conveyance of all materials labour T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Kota Tiles (above 0.1 Sqm) in floors, treads, steps and landing slab on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles including, rubbing and polishing the surface with cost, conveyance, royality and all taxes of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer – in – Charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of kota tiles (up to 0.1 Sqm) in dados on 12mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles including, rubbing and polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and royality of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer – in – Charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Chequered Tiles in floors, treads, steps and landing slab on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles including, rubbing and polishing the surface with cost, conveyance, royality and all taxes of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer – in – Charge.

Supplying fixing and fittings MS window shutter with grills with frames of approved design and drawing made out of MS flat and MS angle at work site with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide zink chrome primer including cutting holes in brick or RCC walls and fixing with CC (1:3:6) including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials all labour T&P required for the work complete (payment will be made on weight basis only)

Supplying fixing and fittings MS door shutters with frames of approved design and drawing made out of MS flat and MS angle at work site with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide zink chrome primer including cutting holes in brick or RCC walls and fixing with CC (1:3:6) including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials all labour T&P required for the work complete (payment will be made on weight basis only)

Supplying fixing and fittings MS Grill with frames of approved design and drawing made out of MS flat and MS angle at work site with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide zink chrome primer including cutting holes in brick or RCC walls and fixing with CC (1:3:6) including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials all labour T&P required for the work complete (payment will be made on weight basis only)

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth including laying in layers not exceeding 23cm.(9”) thick including well watered & rammed with all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of E.I.C.
