Fly Ash Brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation & plinth using Flay Ash bricks of 23cm x11cm x 8cm size having a crushing strength not less than 75Kg per Sq.Cm, including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering, corbelling, watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.

Brickwork with Fly ash bricks in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure (23cm x 11cm x 8 cm) having minimum crushing strength not less than 75 kg.per.sq.cm. including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering, corbelling and similar such type of woks with all necessary projections watering and curing for 7 days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

R.C.C.work of Grade M-20 having minimum compressive strength in work test of 200kg/Cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 & IS 516 using 20mm down graded size black crusher broken hard granite stone chips of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete & compacting by using vibrators, watering & curing for 4 (four) weeks centring, shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost & conveyance royalties & taxes of all materials T&P & labour required for the work etc., complete in all respect but excluding cost & conveyance of M.S.Rods,HYSD bars or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc.,of the M.S.Rods or tor steel & binding wires & laying the grills in proper position as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel Reinforcement works using HYSD steel confirming to IS:1786 and IS:2062 as per section 1600 of MoRT & H specifications for Road & Bridge Works (5th Revision). All reinforcement steel and structural steel shall be procured from primary producers of steel SAIL/RINL/TATA/JINDAL/SHYAM Steel.

16mm (5/8'') thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside of 9''/10'' thick brick walls after raking out the joint including watering, curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

12mm (1/2'') thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to brick walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T& P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

2.5Cm.(1”) thick grading concrete with cement (1:2:2) using 6mm & downgraded size over roof slab to proper slope finished smooth, watering and curing including cost, conveyance, taxes and royalties of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S. Grills for window and gate M.S.Door with angle iron frame of approved design in proper position and making good to the damages to wall or R.C.C. Structure including mending or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with C.C (1:2:4) with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials with all labour, T&P required etc complete in all floors.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of vetrified tiles of premium grade having thickness 8mm to 10mm of 60Cm x 60Cm plain size (Homogenous) in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar, cement and sand (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.sizing complete for finished item of work (structural requirements profiles are to be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work before fabrication of the shutter) as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Confirming to ASTM D 638-14, EN-477-95 and other applicable standards.

Providing, fitting & fixing of Vetrified tiles (Industrial) of approved quality in dados, skirting and rises of steps on cement plaster 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the slabs of the tiles including rubbing, polishing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying and Fitting, Fixing of Un-Plasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) (FENESTA / NCL VEKA LTD.) Three Track - Three Panel Sliding Window - 60 Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 108mm x 45mm x 2.5 mm for outer frames and Window Sash of 39mm x 58mm x 2.5mm capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised upto 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.5 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the window frame shall be fitted with 6 mm thick clear toughened glass of SAINT-GOBAIN make duly fixed with EPDM Weathering Seal resistant and the system is to installed using Reinforced Large Coupler at the Site using another fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing / deglazing at site etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges, materials and product confirming to ASTM D 638-14, EN-477-95 and other applicable codes and standards.

Supply and fixing of Un-plasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) (FENESTA / NCL VEKA LTD) Casement Door - 60- Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 60mm x 55mm x 2.5mm for outer frames, 102mm x 60mm x 2.25mm for casement Door Sash Profile and 74mm x 60mm x 2.5mm mullion profile capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanized up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 2.0 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the door sash shall be fitted with 12mm thick WPC Board of Greenply make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories like clipping locking system made of aluminium 1 no., per set of sashes and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing / deglazing at site with 10 years manufactures warranty for discoloration, wraping, mechanical failures, shrinkages, rotting, corrosion etc. with a quality certificate from relevant department of Govt. of India, including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges for transportation, erection at site with templates for casement sizing complete for finished item of work (structural requirements profiles are to be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work before fabrication of the shutter) as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Confirming to ASTM D 638-14, EN-477-95 and other applicable standards.

Finishing wall surfaces with acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth to receive painting including cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost & conveyance of all materials taxes labour T & P etc complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charges.

Distempering two coats over a coat of wall primer in approved colour in approved shade including cost, conveyance, taxes of distemper and brushes, all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respects.

Painting two coats with weather seal over a coat of primer after cleaning the surface including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with T & P etc required for the work etc complete in all respect.

Painting two coats with any approved paint over a coat of primer including cost, conveyance , royalties and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work in all floors including cost of paint and primer etc. complete.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) using 6mm to 18mm (¼” to ¾”) size (18mm not to exceed 25 percent) hard black broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete, watering and curing including cost of all labour T & P royalties etc. required for the work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge .
