Loosening of the ground upto a level of 500 mm below the sub grade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirements of table 300 - 2 for sub grade construction & clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works(4th revision).

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded granular sub base Grading III material as per table 401-1, spreading in uniform layer with moter grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC ,and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (4 th Revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MOSRT&H including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying tack coat with penetration grade of bitumen emulsion (RS) of 0.20 Kg per Sqm after scraping cleaning the road surface including cost, conveyance royalty of all materials, T&P labour, hire charges of machinaries etc. complete as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MOSRT&H and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with 100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH spefn. clause No. 508 complete.

Earthwork in cutting in hard soil withinthe initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Earth work in excavation foundation in all kind of soil with all leads & lifts & depositing the excavated materials away from the working areas complete as per specification &direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including cost of all labour & T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect upto bed level.

Providing concrete for plain concrete of 1:3:6 in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802,803,1202,1203 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain Cement Concrete PCC Grade M15 in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications including hosting and laying, well rammed with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and all labour, T&P, etc. complete.and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

RCC of design mix of M-30 grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 300kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken granite course aggregate of 20mm. .sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering , shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works)

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to grade S-415 cutting bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC-21/1987)

Construction of R.C.C railling of M 25 grade in cast-in-situ with 20 mm nominal size aggreagate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical ralling post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to - centre spacing between vertical posts not to exceed 2000 mm as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800, 900 and 1208.3 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing weep holes in the abutment & wing walls 8.00cm. X 23.00cm. size including metal spall backing 30cm X 30cm. size in rear complete as per the approved design & drawing including providing centering & shuttering with cost, conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials T&P articles etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Gravel backing in revertment including cost,conveyance & royalty of moorum all labour etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 600mm thick filter media in the rear of abutment and wing walls with 5cm size and down graded hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost, conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials T&P articles required for the work etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing of RCC Guard post of 150 mm dia and IM long in RCC (1:2:4) using 20mm down graded size h.g chips including all labours, materials ,carriage ,royality & taxes of etc. complete.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall & return wall with granular material including all cost, carriage, royality & labour as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing , fitting, fixing strip seal expansion joints including all cost, carriage etc complete

1000 mm dia SR HPC

Furnishing and laying of the live sods of perennial turf forming grass on embankment slope, verges or other locations shown on the drawing or as directed by the engineer including preparation of ground, fetching of sods and watering as per technical speci

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments of desgned thickness on slope using 30cm and above size hard broken granite stones of approved quality free from weathering skin and from approved quarry including filling the interestices with small stones spalls etc. with cost, conveyance and royalty and with all leads and lifts and taxes of all materials and labour T&P etc. complete in all respects (the weight of each stone shall not be less than 50kg to 70kg) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface with waterproof cement paint of aproved shade 2 coats including watering, curing,cost of all materials & labour etc.

Providing and applying two coats of Enamel paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescense and applying paint @ 1 litre per 2 Sqm

Fixing anchor bars upto 28mm. dia to the founding level at rock strata as per approved design including cost, conveyance & all taxes of all materials and T&P required for the work but excluding cost of TS rod & labour charges for bending, binding, tying the grills & placing in position as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismetalling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonary, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding whereever necessary, sorting the dismentalled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviciable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202.1

Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated finegrained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 1000C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 515.
