Providing fitting and fixing of double skin partitioin walling made out of OEL Aluminum section No 9210 as single groove as horizontal and vertical member and fixing of 9mm thick BWR ply to both side and covered with 4mm thick veener to both side at bottom portion up to 3;6'' height and 12mm thick glass with etching at top portion and jointing angle No 1855 including cost of all materials and labour etc complete.

Fitting & fixing in position Flush door shutter made out of 32mm thick block board covered with 4mm thick veener with fittings such as Door closer, mortice lock, tower bolt (Brass), 5’’ size Hinges(brass) , Door stopper and teak wood beading around the shutter to both side with two coats melamine polishing including cost, conveyance and taxes of all fittings and cost of all labour, sundries and T&P. etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceiling of approved design and drawing in all floors with G.I. section on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw & PVC plug & G.I.grid (2’0’’x2’0’’) to be suspended from ceiling by using 12.50 thick fire line Gypsum Board including all cost of materials, labour etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of premoulded decorative corner beading of model No C-443 of Gypsum India Ltd. Having cross section dimension 112 x 80mm & fixing the same by providing PVC plug, screw, cornice adhesive fevicol etc. including cost of all labour, sundries and T&P. etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of 12mm thick frame less toughened glass partition PT 92 side connector, PT 80glass to glass centre connector including perimeter sealing of glass joints with silicon sealant etc as per drawing etc complete in all respect.

Providing fitting and fixing of Computer Table size (5'0'' x2'0''x2'0'') made up with 19mm BWR Ply and all exposed surface covered with 4mm thick veener with melamine polish .The border finished with Teal wood beading s and all inside surface covered with enamel painting two coats over a coat of A/s primer including all cost conveyance, labour T&P etc complete.

Providing & Fixinng factory made 100% Solid WPC ( Wood Polymer Composite ) - Door Frame 125 mm x 65 mm Single Rebated, made from Wood Polymer Composite ( Single Extruded Process ) material comparising of virgin PVC polymer of K Value 57-60 ( Suspension Grade ), Calcium Carbonate and Natural Fibers ( Wood Powder/ Rice Husk/ Wheat Husk ) and Non toxic additives fabricated with meter Joints after applying PVC solvent Cement & screwed with full body treaded star headed screws having minimum frame density of 780 kg/ cbm & , having good screw holding capacity ( Screw Withdrawal strength of ( Min. 990 N ), Minimum Compressive Strength of 58 N/mm2, Modulus of elasticity 900N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite / borer proof , water / Moisture Proof & Fire retardant & Fixed in position with SS Dash Fasteners / Hold Fast of reuired dia and lenght, , all as per specifications drawings as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position 30mm. thick P.V.C. door shutter with P.V.C. choukath of Sintex / Fixopan or any approved make made from foamed/unfoamed multicavity hollow chamber section (UPVC) with solid section of P.V.C. frame with necessary fasteners/brackets including cutting, saving screwing nailing and kneeing with araldite / M. seal and jointing with P.V.C. as per manufacturer specification fitted with all fittings such as tower bolts, locking arrangements door handle etc. in all floors including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries and T&P. etc. required for the work complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing fitting and fixing of Roller Blind of 0.6mm or above to windows of approved make & shed including fitting and fixing of all required accessories of approved quality including cost , conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, all labour, sundries , T&P etc complete required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position of un-plasticized poly vinyl chloride (UPVC) sliding windows of FENESTA/NCL or equivalent two track only two glass shutters sliding-60series/ top hunged ventilator duly manufactured using using UPVC reinforced profiles of 62mm x60mm x 2.25mm or equivalent for outer frames, 66mm x38mmx 2.25mm or equivalent for sliding shutter frames capable of mounting single glazing system structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanized upto 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.2mm pre-fabricated and welded through fusion welding and windows sash shall be fitted with 5mm thick clear float glass(toughened) of reputed make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal registrant accessories like clipping locking system made of aluminium 1 no per set of sashes and the system is to be installed at site by using anchor fasteners , silicon rubber sealant easy glazing / deglazing at site with 10years manufactures warranty for discoloration, wraping, mechanical failures, shrinkages , rotting, corrosion etc with a quality certificate from relevant department of Govt. of India, including cost conveyance of all materials labour charges for transportation , errection at site with templates for casement sizing complete for finished item of work (Structural requirements profiles are to be cut approved by the Engineer-in charge of the work before fabrication of the shutter) as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of wall panelling made out of Al.Section No 9835 as horizontal and vertical members placed at spacing 2''x2'' c/c with 19mm thick WPC Ply and 4mm thick veener with P.U. Polish including cost of all materials and labour etc complete.

Providing, fitting and fixing of Cupboard with openable shutter made out of 19mm thick BWR Block Board & 4mm thick veener ply of approved shade and quality to all exposed side, the front shutter is with board in bottom , top and side wall and back side with 19mm BWR Block Board with openable type and all side painted with melamine polish both side decorative including magnetic locking arrangement with cost of all etc complete

Providing fitting and fixing of file cabinet made out of 19 mm thick BWR Block board and pasted with 1mm thick sunmica of approved shade 4mm thick sonear make african teal veener to outside surface in all sides.The front shutter is with 19mm thick BWR Block board with both side sunmica and with all fittings and fixing of exposed edge with teak wood beading at all sides, necessary locking arrangement with cost of all materials, labour etc complete(File cabinate depth 500mm)

Providing and finishing to the wall surface with cement based wall putty after scraping and cleaning the surface by mechanical means and preparing the surface smooth including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries and T&P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Painting two coat to interior wall surface with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of wall priming in all floors at all heights including preparing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries and T&P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Painting two coat to wood and/or iron works with synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality including sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries and T&P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply & Engaging unskilled labour for shifting materials, reset after completion of work & cleaning debries including cost of materials labour T&P required for the work etc complete.
