Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade having a minimum compressive strength of 200kg/cm2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 4 (Four) weeks, centring, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves and beeds where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, required for the work etc. complete but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or Tor steel tying the grills and placing in in proper position in all floors as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, Cutting, Straightening coiled or bent up M.S. rods or Tor steel of JINDAL / SAIL welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills and laying in position as required for R.C.C. works and hoisting, lowering and placing in position in all floors according to approved designs and drawings including cost, conveyance, taxes of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and cost of all labour, etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash Brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation & plinth using Flay Ash bricks of 23cm x11cm x 8cm size having a crushing strength not less than 75Kg per Sq.Cm, including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering, corbelling, watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris with 50m all leads and lifts and all labour T & P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the E.I.C.

12mm.(1/2”) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to brick work after racking out joints including watering and curing , cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, labour with T & P required for the work etc . complete in all respect in all floors.

16mm.(5/8”) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to brick work after racking out joints including watering and curing, cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.

Painting two coats with weather seal over a coat of primer after cleaning the surface including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with T & P etc required for the work etc complete in all respect.
